World is Still Beautiful Plot

Based off of the anime The World is Still Beautiful;

The princess of another kingdom and one who holds the power to manipulate weather, travels to another kingdom to marry the reigning king for her country, despite her own reluctance. She soon discovers that the King, who conquered the world in only three years after his ascendance to the throne, is just a child.

Furthermore, for whatever reasons, he has demands that the princess call forth the rain, and when she refuses, he decides to keep her , as she is 'an amusing toy' that will 'keep him entertained'.

Anyways, that doesn't really matter. The princess sails over after being summoned by the child king that had conquered the whole world minus the neutral countries and stuff. Yeah? Yeah.
