"I...it was hard to see clearly," Hareena stuttered, "I don't know.."

"It's okay," Ray said gently. "There are other ways of finding people. DNA, for one."

She laid back and pressed against the stab wound in her stomach, "Can I get some medical attention..? I'm feeling a bit lightheaded."

"Of course," Ray said. He looked around, realizing that a doctor hadn't come in yet. "That's weird..." he murmured. He went over to the cabinets and got some supplies himself. "I'm going to patch up Cassel first."

Hareena nodded, her hands folded over the wound, "Alright."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ray cut away Cassel's bloody shirt and assessed his wounds. Then he got to work, treating the worst ones first. When he was done, he turned to Hareena. "He'll live. Probably. He's hurt pretty badly."

Hareena looked relieved, "Good...that's good.."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"I wonder where everyone is..." Ray said, frowning. "Someone should be here by now..."

Hareena grunted and grabbed the hem of her shirt, stripping it over her head. She didn't care where everyone else was at the moment.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ray came over to inspect her wounds. He didn't look one bit ashamed at seeing her without her shirt on. He cleaned the wounds, bandaged them, and then glanced around the room. "There should be some clean shirts in here somewhere..."

Hareena laid back, her eyes closed. She was so tired, exhausted even. All she wanted to do was sleep.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ray located the stack of white shirts inside a cupboard and grabbed one for her. He paused when he saw her laying down. "Are you okay?" he asked. "You're not feeling light-headed, are you?"

"I'm tired," Hareena murmured, her brow furrowing, "And yeah, I feel a bit dizzy."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"You can lay down," Ray said. "I'll be right back, okay?"

Hareena groaned and nodded slowly, "Okay, I'll just be here.."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Not long after Ray left, Cassel stirred. His eyes cracked open and he groaned quietly.

Hareena nearly jumped up at the sound, but she was too light-headed to move that fast, "C-Cassel?"

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"Hareena?" he said weakly. "Is that you?" He tried to turned his head, but moaned at the pain the simple movement caused.

"It's me," Hareena answered, pushing herself up into a sitting position.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"What happened? Where are we?" Cassel's eyes swept over the room--or rather the ceiling, since he was laying on his back.
