The guard nods and murmurs," Good night, m'lady," and sweeps away, long black and silver cloak of the guard fanning behind him...

The noble girl, once she was in no one's company but her own, allowed herself a shudder and sunk down onto her knees. It was terrifying to see the Princess fall down, clutching her throat. Rhoswen wrapped her arms around herself and let loose a small cry, like the coo of a dove.

" Ignorant, childish girl," A soft voice muses behind her, the servant's voice

With a gasp, Rhoswen jumped up and whirled around, searching for the source of the voice. She recognized it from earlier...

"You're the one who poisoned Princess Faerydae!" She accused, trying to keep her voice from quivering.

The young man with pure white hair, red orange eyes and a white hooded uniform sat on the bed, smirking slightly and putting an elegant finger to his lips," Hush little dove, you don't want the Fox's Falcons to come back and find your feathers strewn everywhere, do you?"

Her jaw clenched slightly and Rhoswen curled her hands around the fabric of her skirt, "You shouldn't be here. You should be in chains for treason!"

" Treason?" He laughs and shakes his head," You ARE clueless!"

Pink colored her pale cheeks, "You tried to kill her! That /is/ treason!"

" I an not of your kingdoms, so your ' Treason' does not apply to me," He replies with a scoff

"You shouldn't be here, then!" Rhoswen pointed to the door. She was flustered and upset and scared of this stranger, "This is my room for the night!"

" that doesnt exactly bother me either," He replies serenly, crossing his legs

"Fine, if you won't leave then I'll..I'll just go get someone to /make/ you leave," the girl turned toward the door, her chocolate brown curls starting slip from their pins and fall to her shoulders.

" Thats not an option either, hon," He sighs, the door clickling locked," Now... Would you be an obediant little prisoner and come here?"

She pulled on the doorknob, but it was useless. Her heart thudded in her chest and Rhoswen pushed down the panic that rose inside of her. "I-I am not your prisoner."

" Prove me wrong than," He muses, a blade sliding from his sleeve with a rasp

Rhoswen's blue eyes widened at the sight of the weapon and, like a bird, her first instinct was to run away. But there was no where for her to go. She pressed her back against the door, "I don't fight, sir. Drawing that weapon against me is unfair. Are you that uncertain that you can best a girl like myself?"

" I am certain," He murmurs and stands," Don't worry, i'll be quick. I just want to hear you curse the Fox's name efore you die," He smirks

Anger replaced fear for a moment, "I would never say ill of Princess Faerydae! She is kind and brave and not even a villain like you can convince me to think of her any other way." She glared at him, like a bird with her feathers ruffled.
