Babylonne Redwyne (F) With five sisters, ten brothers, and more on the way, Bab's quite frankly hates her mother. Normally one would be all for the prospect of having more family--it meant when they married you would get more money. But no, not in this case--because all of them except for her and her older brother Tansy are bastards. Her father had died from what one would call a simple mistake--he forgot to tighten the saddle of his horse before plowing the fields, and instead HE got plowed. It's quite tragic really, for she loved him more than she can say for her mother. So they run what seems to be a hatchery now, and even if some of the little brats are angels, most of them are demon spawns that she wants nothing to do with. So she leaves quite frequently, and takes on work. She does laundry for anyone who will pay her for her services--but anything along the lines of selling her body like her mother is out of the question. Bab's has curly chestnut horse brown hair, and her fathers hazel-red eyes.
Tansy Redwyne (M) in plot The oldest of the small little branch or Redwynes that the main family makes sure that no one can relate them to. With their father around, they used to take part in many family activities with the main line of the great family, but now with what their mother has turned them into, they are not allowed to even address them with familiarity. He doesn't display his animosity with his mother as openly as Babylonne, but he made it quite clear that he was to have nothing to do with her one he left the house and was on his own. He doesn't talk much, but when he does the words are like honey in tea. Hes just that sociablly attractive, and has a way of making those around him feel good. Tansy isn't the most attractive person, compared to his father and his sister, because he mostly took after his mothers looks--wire-ry brown hair, pale complexion and a nose covered in freckles. He has his dads eyes though, and shares them with his sister--a dark hazel with a red tint.
Zew Bolton (M) in plot Zew can be cheerful. He can be amiable. Agreeable. Affable. And that's only the A's. Just don't ask him to be nice--he's most certainly not that. He's far from nice, as is most of his family he likes to think. But, he is fair. He doesn't randomly pick you off the street and take you into the dungeons to be beaten and flayed alive--no, he only does that to criminals, people whom deserve it. Zew is a passerby, he's the shadow. No one notices him, but he for sure sees them. He makes it his job to know everyone, and everything that goes on in Dreadfort--because death has several eyes.
Israndel Swyft (F) in plot Issie is just Issie: There's no curvey figure that the men jump after, nor a breath taking child hood where she over came many challenges and yada yada. She grew up raising farm animals, and the only tragic moment in her life that she absolutely abhors is when she was forced to wring the neck of a chicken. After that one time--they didn't ask her to do it again lest they traumitize the poor girl. She just has her cows and cute sheep to look after, and a mom and dad that were lucky to have a child, and be able to keep it alive with what little they made earlier in her life. After a few years though, their luck changed and then they were doing just fine. They think of marrying their baby girl off, but really, to other families, she's more trouble than she's worth. Clumsy, flat as a washboard, illiterate, and an airhead--those are her main qualities. She does though have pretty hair; a long corn silk mess that it tied back behind her head and covered by whatever she can fit on her head that day.
