He could tell how uncomfortable Tyrell felt just by his expression and that fact made Cas sad. He liked Tyrell, he really did! He wanted him to be comfortable around him, "You don't /have/ to be here if you feel awkward," he mumbled.

"I want to spend time with you," Tyrell insisted. "I'm just not sure what to do that won't be awkward."

He titled his head as he looked at him, "How is this awkward?"

Tyrell just shook his head. If Cas didn't know, he wasn't going to try and explain it. "Nevermind."

Caspian pouted, leaning toward him, "What? Tell me."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"I can't, Cas," Tyrell said. "It hardly makes sense to me. So drop it."

He huffed quietly and drummed his fingers against the bed, "Fine...but we will find something to do that doesn't make you feel awkward, I promise!"

"If you say so," Tyrell said, forcing a smile. God, when was he ever this dour? It was getting old. He jumped up off the bed. "Let's go somewhere. I hate sitting around."

He rolled off the bed and jumped up, "okay!"

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"Where would you suggest?" Tyrell asked. "I'd like to avoid the possibility of running into the police again. They have a way of putting a damper on my day."

Caspian tapped his fingers against his lips, "I heard there will be a Sting Race today!" he suggested. "We could go see!"

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"Really? That would be awesome!" Tyrell said. He loved the Races.

He nodded, "Yeah, me too! I think we should try and sneak there.~"

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"I'm so up for it!" Tyrell said. He was back to his cheerful, out-going self. "Let's go!"

Caspian ran out the door, chuckling at Tyrell's enthusiasm.

Ten minutes later, they boarded the shuttle for New Star City. Tyrell took a seat toward the back of the shuttle, and patted the seat next to him for Cas to sit.

Caspian smiled and sat down beside him, "This is so exciting! I hardly ever get to go see a Sting Race!"

"I was five at my first one," Tyrell recalled. "My father took me."

"Wow, really?" Cas looked over at him, blue eyes wide with surprise, "That's so young!"

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Tyrell nodded, smiling. "It was great. We got hotdogs and watches the races together. Since then, I've been four times."
