Suddenly her flailing hand are snatched and slammed to the ground above her head as something pins her legs as well. Murk chuckles, his hot breath tickling the skin near her ear again.

"Ah ah! Did you just try telling me what to do, dear doctor?" There was the feeling of sharp teeth and lips grazing the skin of her neck, right over where he scratched her the first time and down to her neck.

"That's not good, kitty." Suddenly teeth clamped down on her shoulder. Hard. Almost breaking he skin again and most certainly leaving a mark

Karane yelps and squirms, kicking her legs," Sonovabi-!" She yelps when he bites and almost immediately there was loud barking

Murk let go and laughed. "Darn. Play times over. Good bye, dear doctor." He said before the grips on her hands vanished, along with the pressure on her legs and the presence of murk all together. He had, quite literally, seemed to vanish in the murk of the darkness.

She sighs and curls up, trembling and curling up in a fetal position, breathing quickly and laughing.

An infected doberman skids around the corner and crouches next to her, whining and growling

Dr. Teto had made her way back to the abandoned warehouse where she had made her home. She slid the large door shut and locked it to keep out the undead hordes and walked to the tiny office above the concrete floor, settling on the mattress she had covered in blankets and curling up, shiver and delicately touching her scratches, disinfecting them... Just in case.

Later that night she locked the door, turned off the lights and lay down, preparing to sleep

Suddenly, there was a faint humming noise as she tried to fall asleep. It sounded almost familiar as it got closer and closer. And then it was obvious that it was actually some ONE humming. But just as it got close enough for the tune to be heard, it stopped. Then suddenly a voice whispered from the dark after a moment of silence.

"Here kitty, kitty~"

" I wanna sleep," she mewls, sighing and burrowing under her blankets and closing her eyes tightly," Please... Tommorrow maybe..." She mumbles

"Perhaps..." His all too familiar voice mused.

"But do you really want me to stop, dear doctor? Your heart was racing oh so sweetly last we met." He teased, chuckling. It was impossible to pin his location, even in the small space

" I loved it... When was I-i was awake," she mumbles and yawns

Murk chuckled, and that chuckle eventually turned into full laughter before he trailed off and his voice was in her ear

"THat is a MUCH better answer to my question, Kanane." He said in the softest whisper, using her name for the first time since they began this chase before the room fell into complete silence.

" Karane," she corrects, reaching outto poke the air," Shhh... Or cuddle witj me..."

There was a faint silence, as if he had simply left, before something suddenly slid in next to her. "Very well." He said simply. "Now go to sleep, kitty. You're too tired, remember?" He chuckled, not touched her, but his presence was there

She reaches out and tries to hug him," C'mere you," she mews and attempts to cuddle up to him

Murk is stiff at first, but chuckles and eventually wraps his arms around her. He smells of the earth and smoke, a strange but not terrible scent. "Sleep, kitty." He commanded, running a teasing finger along her jawline

She rests her head on his chest and sighs," Thanks... Murky water-" she yawns and sighs,"... Ya know why I sew things back together so weird....?" She asks suddenly

"And why's that?" He asked, his voice right next to her ear, which obviously meant his face was close to hers too. "Do tell, dear doctor."

" Because I like bringing things back to life... Thats how Corvus found me," she yawns and nuzzles his bandanna,"... Why do you still have your bandanna on if it's too dark for me to see you?"
