He looked at her and grinned. "You'll be a queen someday!" he said.

Prim tilted her head and chuckled quietly, "A queen? I'm not sure I'd make a very good queen."

"You would make the best of queens," he said fiercely.

She smiled and pulled him closer, standing up on her tiptoes to kiss him gently, "Really? I've always thought being a queen sounds very difficult."

"Not if you ruled beside me! I'll be your mighty protector! Your kingdom would worship you!" he replied, kissing her back.

Primrose smiled and ran her fingers through the hair at the nape of his neck gently, "I believe you, Cador. I think that you'd make a good king. You certainly look the part."

He grinned slightly and kissed her chin, "Why thank you beautiful," he said.

She chuckled, "Just telling the truth," she told him.

He laughed, "Come on now, let's go to town maybe?" he asked, taking her hand again.

Prim smiled and nodded, "Mmm, does that mean I get to see 'Jett' again?" she asked teasingly.

Cador laughed and and poked her ribs, "Yes, although I am strikingly more handsome!" he said.

"Yes, I do prefer your actual appearance. Much more rugged," She grinned and stuck her tongue out at him.

Cador laughed and shook his head, "Come on then," he said leading her down the path.

Primrose walked beside him, letting their joined hands swinging lightly between them, "Can we buy some fruit? I have a craving for fruit."

"Fruit? Sure, I know where a good stall is," he said with a shrug.

Prim squeezed his hand, "And vegetables? I could cook up something nice for the camp tonight."

"Yeah, I'm sure the guys would love that, they will probably bring home some rabbit tonight."

"That's perfect," Primrose smiled. She was used to being the cook and being able to cook for Cador and his men would make her feel somewhat normal again. She hadn't seen Azalea in a while and some part of her hoped her sister would visit soon.

Cador smiled, the men wouldn't know what to do, eating real food, cooked by a woman.

"We should probably get some ale or something too," Prim pursed her lips, looking thoughtful, "That always goes well with stew. Water is much too plain. I've made rabbit stew a few times before, so this should be a piece of cake."
