Turin

Not only was Turin the host of the 2006 Winter Olympics, it is a major cultural hub with excellent museums full of artifacts waiting to be stolen, and elegant shops whose window glass is so thin, it's asking to be broken. Not to mention they are known for their fantastic art galleries, churches, parks, gardens, opera houses, libraries, and theaters. Turin also stand 3rd in economical strength, proving it is indeed wealthy. With they're nickname as the "Automobile capital of Italy" I'd say you can find a sweet ride in this place.
