| Atherton's National Evaluation Ward, also known as ANEW, is basically a prison for evos. Their cover is a mental hospital, but they only take mutated patients. They claim to be trying to help them, but mostly they just study them and keep them locked away where they 'can't hurt anyone.' The rooms are like cells, and everything is pretty much run like a prison. No one escapes, so make sure you don't end up there. |

A beautiful 18 year old girl with light brown hair and grayish-brown eyes. She is deceiving and untrustworthy; you never really know whose side she's on. She acts innocent and sweet most of the time, but she's really strong and independent, and able to fight. She's smart, and can't be fooled by many people. She doesn't let people see her emotions, and few really know what she's thinking. Back when she was younger, she had five really great friends: Carter, Conner, Kim, Danni, and Leo. She even ended up dating Carter. Then everything went terribly wrong with Mutant Control took her human parents prisoner. She was told they would be spared, but only if she came to work for them and brought them "the Masons." Apparently MC had been trying to capture them, the family of mutants, for quite a while. So she did the only thing she could: she turned in her four friends and their parents. Although their parents were killed, they escaped, but they never forgot who had caused the deaths of their parents. Now Conner hates her, and the rest of them probably should. She was never really fond of the younger boy, anyway, but it hurts anyway. There just one more little problem... okay, maybe a big problem: she's still in love with Carter. He has a new girlfriend now, and she's pretty sure he loves Ambie more than he ever loved her. Oh, yeah, and her parents ended up dead, anyway. | killed them, made Nicole watch, and told her they'd kill her too if she ever betrayed them. Now, however, Nicole is a double agent. She works within Mutant Control to help mutants, although she must do so subtly enough to avoid being found out. Her power is energy sourcing. This means she can draw energy from electricity, the sun, and even people. She can also channel energy and change it's form, so she can use the energy to strengthen her, or to use as a weapon. There are many forms of energy. If she draws energy from a person, it severely weakens them, and she can also hear their thoughts, sense their emotions, and use their power if they are a mutant, for a short while. Naomi Watson is always careful with what she says and does. Ever since she lost her father and mother to a street robber- or at least, that's what the official report was- she's been living with her older half-brother, Sylar. Sylar opened her eyes to what truly happened- that mutants were to blame. He was obssessed with getting 'justice' and ridding the world of these pests. Naomi herself is not so sure. But..he is her brother. Sylar's temper is fierce and sometimes, if she isn't careful, she can be on the receiving end of it. She has the bruises to prove it. And though she's become one of those battered girls she used to scoff at, Naomi can't force herself to leave. If she did..who could ever keep her brother in control? Naomi herself doesn't particularly hate mutants, though she wishes her parents' fate could have been avoided. But to kill them all for one's mistake? It's too cruel for her liking. But Sylar dragged her into MC and now she has no choice. But she refuses to act like the others. Naomi is actually a strong young woman, with a big heart. She is always kind to whatever prisoners MC has. She doesn't want to appear as a monster..Naomi has tan skin and a lithe body.
