People with the ability to cast spells, male or female, are called wizards. Unlike warlocks, they don't use ingredients or silly little incantations. Instead, they have an object, called a totem, to channel their magic, be it a staff, necklace, ring, or even a wand. They don't get to choose their totem--their parents bind their magic to one at birth. A wizard without a totem would have unpredicable and dangerous powers, and they'd have very little control over them. This has been known to happen before, but not very often. Wizards can't use their magic to kill, but they can do just about anything else with it, including harm and seriously injure. Wizards are governed by a group called the "Order of Magus," an assembly of seven wizards, usually powerful elders of the wizard community.

	Jacquiline (Jackie) | RPed by Crystalfrost A proud and gorgeous 21-year-old wizard with reddish brown hair and grey eyes. She is usually cheerful and friendly, but she maintains a healthy distain for the Malum, and a fiery hate for demons. She is probably less secreative with her magic than the Protectors would like, and she could get in trouble for a lot of her tricks. Jackie a partying, out all night, lively girl at the best age in life. She isn't held back by rule or limits. Nothing is considered "too far-fetched" or "wrong." This is the time to take risks, to do the things you'll never do again. She isn't afraid of concequences and therefore doesn't think before she acts. Her totem is a silver bracelet inscribed with the Latin words "Forma est Potentia"--Beauty is Power.
	Justin "Jay" Magison |RPed by Crystalfrost All he ever wanted was to be human. He doesn't want the complicated life of being a Magison. He hates the politics, the expectation that he'll join the order one day. He just wants to be a musician. To play the guitar. That's his dream, but he's finding it harder than the average mortal would. Everyone expects so much more from him. Jay is a nice boy with a troubled past. His mother was beaten to death by his father when he was eight, and then the man had only his son to turn his aggressions on. Eventually, he went to prison, but that only made things worse for Jay. He was put into an orphanage, since no one was willing to take him in. Imagine, one of the Magison family and no one wanted him. His family name had been that badly damaged by his father. So he grew up in an orphanage for Lucidus children, which was run by an extremely strict and mean shapeshifter lady. His troubles didnt end there, though. When he turned sixteen, his father was released from prison and started demanding back the custody of his son. The Protectors turned him down. Want to know the funny thing though? Jay wanted to go back to his father. He hated living in the orphanage, where the other kids made fun of him. And despite what the man had done to him, he still loved his father. He just wanted to go home. After a year of battling with the Nephilim, his father came and stole him away from the orphanage. They ran and ran until they were sure no one would find them. For the first time in a long time, Jay was happy again. His father was actually a different man. Prison had changed him. For a year, they lived a happy life. Then the Protectors found them again and sent Hay back to the orphanage. They sent his father back to jail for "kidknapping." That night, he ran away, having no intention of ever returning to that dismal place. He lived on the streets mostly for a year, hiding from the Protectors, until he turned eighteen and they couldn't control his life anymore. He's 21 now, and striving to achieve his dream. Jay loves attention and loves talking even more. You can tell because he gets that sparkle in his eyes. He can light up a room with a single word. It seems he's destined to be a rock star. Why is he finding it so hard then?

	Olivia Donovan | RPed by Crystalfrost Known as the "Fixer," Olivia is famous for helping people cover up their mistakes. If you have a problem, you come to Olivia. She works with both humans and creatures of the Secret World, but most of her clients are magical. She helped one of the Order members secure his position, but left shortly after, breaking on the affair she'd been having with him. Part of getting him elected involved his wife, and so she couldn't very well expect him to leave the woman for her. So she ran away. It seems she can fix everyone's problems but her own. Olivia is a dark-eyed, dark-haired beauty with a fiery attitude. You don't want to mess with this woman. She has a sharp tongue and an intelligent mind, a dangerous combination. Don't even both getting into an argument with her; you'll lose. She's not a person; she's a force of nature. You stand in her way, and you get flattened. Needless to say, it's easy why people trust her to help them. She gets things done.
	Althea Flynt | RPed by EternityFlame The beautiful, and the charming. Some know Althea and the Lilac Wizard, others as the wizard of seduction, either way, she is known. She is rarely seen wearing anything other than some shade of purple, the tips of her hair are also dyed a soft purple. Her chunky, squarish bracelet is her totem, when she was young, it clasped around her neck, like a collar, as if she were a dog. She might as well have been, the way she was treated. Her parents kept her in the basement for most of her life. She would go to school, a scarf wrapped around her neck,embarrassedof her.. "jewelry," than she would return home and be caged where her parents forced her t study, and master her powers. When she was 18, her magic in seduction was her greateststrengthand she lured men in, got paid, and just as he thought he was about to get lucky, her parents burst in, and took him captive for experiments. She lived her life like that until she was 22. After 4 years she had had enough, she killed her parents out o anger as they slept, cutting their throats from ear to ear. She still works powers in seduction, but not for the money, or to capture them, simply to attempt to fill her life with happiness. She is very skilled in magic of all types now however, after her many years of free time to read and learn.
	Crispin Madison | RPed by mationix There's a joke floating around that if you break a girl's heart, she'll come back and destroy you. If that's the case, then Crispin is going to have to hide for the next couple centuries. See, when it comes to flirting he's the one on the case. He's harmless, if you mean not hurting you physically, though he's a bit of a tease. He's held multiple boyfriends and girlfriends at once. Each one coming back to slap him, once he's done with them. See, he's never found "the one". If he gets bored of a person, he tosses them out and waits for a next sucker to come along. Crispin makes a living by being a street magician, mainly focusing on simple smoke magic to confound the simple human minds. He's made quite a living out of this, though he still isn't happy with it. He wants to travel, to leave the old city behind. Though for that to happen, he needs to get more money.
