Another tear slipped down her face, however now she didn't bother to wipe it awa and instead she decided to stay quiet.

The demon tugged her down a small alleyway, away from the dingy club.

"Where will you take me?" she asked, still stumbling after him, trying to get her balance.

"Is that something you really want to know?" He chuckled lowly.

"I'll find out sooner or later," she answered, keeping her chin up.

"Yeah, but you wouldn't appreciate knowing now," The demon smiled, but it was not friendly.

She just swallowed hard and followed him, she had a feeling this would be the last she saw of the world. And just her look it was a dingy alleyway. No flowers, there were ever clouds obstructing the sky. Dark... grey clouds...

His grip on her wrist grew tight, leaving dark bruises on her skin. He was grumbling to himself. There was no real reason why he'd taken the angel..it just had been a spur of the moment thing.

"OW!" she yelped, instinctively pulling her wrist, but only managing to hurt it worse.

The demon snorted, "You will only hurt yourself worse."

She said nothing and let her hair fall over her face, accepting her fate.

He pulled her to a shabby looking building, not even needing a key to get inside.

She looked up briefly and avoided a sound of despair, no one would even think of looking for her here...

He pushed her inside, "Don't even bother yelling or anything like that. No one here will give two sh*ts about you."

She nodded and stumbled in, losing her footing and dropping to the floor, luckily she was able to catch herself, though not before scraping her knee.

The demon, appropriately named Cain, rolled his eyes and grabbed her up, "Watch yourself."

"You pushed me. It's not as though I just fell." she replied.

"I would have thought that an angel would have a little more grace," Cain snorted.

"I'm in human form, it makes an angel have mortal features. Of course you wouldn't know that though. Demons are expected to know much at all," she spat at him.
