His grip tightened until it was bruising. Normally, he would have just let her go, but his blood was boiling tonight, "No," he replied flatly.

Amity winced, a small whimper emitting from her throat. "What do you want with me than, demon?" she asked, surprising herself with the venom in the last word.

He smirked, "So you've finally caught on? Good. I hate cluelessness."

She steeled her jaw and looked up at him, willing herself not to cry, though she could feel her eyes burning. She would not cry! Not in front of this beast.

He turned and dragged her from the dance floor, his grip like a vice, "Come with me."

If she knew she would not put everyone else's life at risk, should would have screamed for help. But she did not know this demon's power, and therefor did not want to endanger the mundanes. A tear slipped down her face and she quickly wiped it away, stumbling after the demon.

He was glad that she didn't fight him. He'd win no matter what, but this made things less annoying, "You'll be a good little angel, right?"

She glared at him, and spat in his face. "Let me go!" she said, jerking her arm in his grip.

He flashed a grin and his fangs glinted, "I don't think so, honey."

She pulled away against her will, flinching from his fangs.

He pulled her into the shadows, the darkness shrouding both of them, "You made the mistake of coming here, so you'll pay for it."

"I.. I didn't know you would be here!" she protested lightly.

His chuckle was dark, "Doesn't really matter."

"Well.. I don't see what you will gain by keeping me here. So you might as well let me go." she said, in a almost convincing tone.

"My life isn't about loss or gain," he told her, "I do what I please."

She bit her lip hard to keep her retorts to her self. But his final word did sent a bolt of fear through her.

He pulled her toward the back door, surprisingly strong.

"The angels will come looking for me," she retorted weakly.
