Suddenly a little rune on her hand starts going off, glowing faintly as another witch was trying to contact her. It stayed inactive when nearby humans in the open unless an emergency. This was added after learning the hard way that humans notice strange glowing runes and do not take kindly to the ones wearing them

She quickly ends the spell half way through and conducted the spell of contact," What," she sighs, sitting on the poofy mattress on the floor

A mini visage of a fellow witch pops up on her hand. "Hello, Wall Breaker." She said, using her nickname with a smirk. "As you know, we're just checking in to see if you got to your living quarters and are all settled in. I trust the transfer happened without a snitch and no one suspects?" She asked

" I may have encountered a witch hunter but i'm positive it was just an unusually clever toy," She answers and lies down," Does the Mother want to talk to me at all or are we done here?"

The witch shakes her head. "No. This is just a mandatory check up. Oh! But she did say: have fun." The witch added with a grin before the rune faded from view and the witch image was gone, leaving no trace of a rune being there.

She smiles and flops back down, slidin her small backpack off her back and changing into a large shirt before falling asleep quickly

Akai had decided it would be fun to walk around, she picked up a genetically engineered fruit and represses a shudder... She could literally see the mechanical parasites crawling over it. She drops it again and pulls the fidora down over her eyes again, shoulder her back pack and glancing toward the security gates that seperated Murk from the rest of the city... She just needed to get in there...

Sadly, her plan was foiled by the perfect timing of somebody and a pair of breasts and she literally walked straight into someone and fell back. "Wow! Sorry there! You alright?" The person asked, catching her before she fell on her butt. With a glance, a very VERY familiar raven haired girl looked down on her with surprise. Rukiella couldn't help but smile in amusement. "Oh! So we meet again, eh Akai?"

The little witch starts in suprise and squeaks as she falls, smacking the tom of her head to keep the Fidora from falling and glancing at the insolent human who dared to fck with her with-

Wide, innocent eyes. She smiles weakly and Presses against the DJ, trying not to get trampled by the crush of people," Oh... Hiya!" She chirps weakly, blushing a bit when her face comes near her acquaintence's chest," Uhm..."

The DJ grins down at her, moving the hat back a little so she can see her face. "Well now, a little forward, aren't you?" She teases with a sly smile. Luckily she was wearing a white beater, so Akai wasn't pressed up against her bare milky skin like she would've been if the DJ was wearing what she wore last night. That would've been even more of a mess

Akai blushes further and starts to squeaks protests but pauses and withers," I'm just tryin' to find food... That's all.." She mews weakly," I don't have any money but... I also don't want to be eating mechanical remains.." It was true her stomach was rumbling, and she regretted not summonin more apples in the forest, apples summoned here would be dainted with pure pollution and probably kill her...

Rukiella only laughs and grabs Akai's wrist as she pulls her out of the crowd. "Then Come along, newbie. I'll show you where the fresh food is." She said with a smile as they made there way through a few alleys to a building. It was short and squat, but long, and Rukiella hurried her inside. Inside, the air was definitely a heck of a ton cleaner. Not perfect, but a vast improvement. There were multiple lines with a bunch of different foods on display. "Here we are, kiddo. Freshest food you can get in Murk. Nothing like those Clear Air a**holes' food, but it's the best we've got. However, it's expensive." She warned. "You said you had no money, right? I take it you've got no job then." She said with a knowing smile

Akai nods weakly," And i'm not selling your hat-" she holds it back out to Ruki,"- I-I mean to give it back," she says quietly, looking embassed

Rukiella raised an eyebrow before taking the hat and putting it back on Akai's head. "How could I take this from such a big fan of mine?" She teased with a wicked smile, once again signaling a mistake on Akai's part before the girl chuckled. "I actually wanted to see if you'd want to work at my club." She offered

Akai blushes an whimpers," I couldn't take something so precious from you... But.. I'll work at your club to make up the value f your hat!" She fistpumps and grins rightly, her stomach rumbling and causin her to blush again.

There was no way to tell whether her attitude was acting or really genuine...

Rukiella only shakes her head and pushes her forward more into the store. "Yeah yeah, but go and pick out the food you want and meet me back here, ok? My treat. Just don't go crazy"she said with a smirk, prodding the girl forward.

Akai looks suprise but nods and takes off, she must've looked really pitiful or this human was too nice or too stupid. She quickly picks out three different fruits she recognized smelled of the forest and knew she could make last a long while before returning back to her new buddy," did it!" She chirps happily

Rukiella already had a bag of her own food before taking Akai's food and paying for it too. As they exited, she gave them to Akai. "So! You know anything about bartending or waiting?" She asked, glancing at the shorter girl

Akai frowns and shakes her head," I can... Wait pretty good I guess," she mumbles, holding her food to her chest and relishing the cool aura the fruits gave off... She hated the dirty heat that the humans made... That's why she was fighting to take back the earth for the Mother...

She glances at her friend and smiles," You... Are you really from the Murk district?"
