The boy stiffens and feels his heart beat quickly, what was with this castle?!

A strange birds body falls a few feet away from him, the head of the animal missing. It's legs twitched for a few minutes, as if still trying to run, before falling still. Heavy footsteps follow, and a large lion looks at him for a few moments before quickening its pace into a run. Last to finish loses their head!~

The boy starts to run, not liking the panic of these creatures and vaulting past the tiny bird's body, he doesn't look back and quickly starts to catc up with the lion.. This was a hallucination, probably part of the poison...

The animals all rush into one room, and something catches his foot as the tail feathers of a bird disappear thru the doorway. There was a sleeping Heisuke on the ground, and suddenly, all traces of the animals rampaging 'race' was gone... all except for a doll far back of a dodo that had lost its head...

"--suddenly cried out, 'The race is over!' They all crowded around it, asking, 'But who has won?'... 'Why, EVERYONE has won," a small voice reads aloud, the hallucination ending as they reached the princesses room.

The boy stops and blinks, sitting down and sniffling, wiping his eyes, his chest felt tight an his heart was beating fast

[Light]

The brunette stirs, but doesn't open his eyes. Tired--he felt so d**n tired now... he remembered hearing a voice reading, and then he was suddenly waking up.

Small footsteps come out of the door, and a girl kneels down on the ground, a stuffed lion in her embrace, and a small cookie in her hand, "Hey, are you okay? Are you lost?"

The little boy sniffles and hiccups, rubbing his eyes and shaking his head. hei-Hei felt his body completely released fron whatever the child had used to control him.

Fae was lying in her bed, her face almost ghostly white and a doctor bending over the bandages wrapped tightly around her torso... They had almost turned black

[Light]

She holds the cookie out to him, "I was reading to the princess while she slept to make her feel better, would you like to listen too?"

The knights shoulders sag in relief, and he forces his eyes open, his dry mouth making him cough again. Had to get up before he noticed.

The little boy shakes his head and mumbles," I'm ok..." She sniffs and keeps trying to wipe away the big tears coming from his eyes

Fae was beathing shallowly, suprisingly looking more at peace than ever before

[Light]

"Hey, it's okay," she sets down whats in her hands and arms and wipes the other childs' eyes gently, "Hei tells me that when I cry, someones dreams go away, so don't cry, yes?"

The brunette props himself up and looks into the room--thank god, still okay, she wasn't dead. Still alive.

The little assassin sniffles and mumbles," I ca-can't..." He whimpers

[Light]

"Sure you can," she encourages, "just... would you cry in front of your most important person like you are now?"

The little boy sniffs and whines," Wh-Who's my most important per-person?" He asks, her wrists shiny with tears

[Light]

"Who do you think of the most?" she asks, taking a small little handkerchief that she had the cookies in and shakes the crumbs out. She wipes his eyes once more and dries off her wrists, "Would they be happy to see you like this?"

" I-I dunno..." He wails softly, tears falling faster... He never knew what it was like to have a 'most important person'... He'd never even had a most important toy before..!

[Light]

"A-ah!" she panics for a moment, before her arms wrap around him and pull him in a hug, "There, there, Don't cry anymore, okay? I'll be your friend, yes? Me and Albus," she picks up the small stuffed animal behind her and sets it in his lap.

The little boy nods and hugs her bak, squishing the lio between them.

Fae's ear twitches slightly in her unconcious state, wicing in pain... The doctor began to scramble to unwrap the black bandages and replace them

"Tears, tears, go away, come back someday far, far away," she chants while petting the back of his head.

Heisuke peers into the room once more before looking back at the two in front of him with a cold glare, "Oi... brat... I'll give you..." he winces from the dull ache covering his body, "five seconds to get away from her..."

(Is it that Alice, Crimmy? Or is he still seeing things? >:3)

The little boy gulps down his tears and slowly falls quiet, hugging he tightly.

"Oiiiii---!" Heisuke hisses angrily. The girl turns, shooting the older one a look, her green eyes narrowing, "Be quiet, he hasn't done anything wrong, you... tortoise!"
