He asked touching her face gently the orb welcoming his presence, he was the sole creator or this orb, he created it because his human form could no longer sustain his power and he didn't want to abandon it, so he created the orb to hold his food, the souls he 'ate' to sustain his body.

"The orb took control. And enhanced her powers. She's part demon, but I doubt she knows it." He sighed. "There's no way to separate the orb from her. I am sorry." He said, looking up at him as he rubbed his throat.

He growled,"sh*t, why did it do that, it's part of me, why did it do that to her?!" He snapped, punching the wall.

"Maybe it decided it wanted a host to carry out your bidding." He shrugged. "I must be off now. I have many more appointments to keep."

He growled,"fine, thanks for your work" he snapped angrily then tossed him an envelope with the money he owed.

"Good luck." He said, picking up the envelope and leaving them both.

He glared down at the girl and put a blanket over her cuffed body, he wasn't too interested in that at the moment.

Sylvia let out a pained noise, her eyes opening to slits. She had a pounding headache. She pulled against the cuffs, glaring at the demon. "Let me go. Now." She growled, in pain.

He slapped her after standing up and walking over to her angrily,"would you jut shut up!" He growled,"fu*k this is hard to explain, your body absorbed a piece of mine, and I need that, plus you are part demon why are you trying to kill me?"

She hissed in pain, turning away from him as much as possible. "I don't know what you're talking about!" She snapped.

"That's impossible. I don't believe you!" she spat, sounding disgusted. "Just let me go!"

He growled,"are you so stupid?! Just consider the fact!"

"No." She growled. "Demons are disgusting, vile, murderous creatures. And I am nothing like that, or like demons."

"You steal their souls! It's all the same!"

"That's bullsh*t. When demons take mortal souls, they go to h*ll or just stay inside the demon. I know how it works! I'm not stupid!"

"Obviously you are, I've been to hell and back and never once seen a soul I've taken in hell" he growled angrily.

"I don't believe you." She growled, tugging against the cuffs again. She was so angry. She just wanted to get out of there.
