As soon as they returned to Tau's apartment, Chi settles in her corner that serves as her bed, her head resting against the wall as she panted, she was nervous for Ace...

The Pharoah had given Ace an apartment right on the river so she could swim when she wished. He now waited for her in the throne room, quiet

[Light]

Tau was sitting in his part of the room, his figure slumped over as he looks at a stone tablet.

Ace slinks into the throne room, not using the front entrance like the nobles that visited him used, but the side that lead out towards the river, "Good evening," she whispers, appearing by his side with silent footsteps.

Chi glances at him," Whats up?" She asks, looking at her arms and grjmacing... The scars needed more medicine..

The pharoah glances at her," And toyou," He answers, his smile slight and gentle," What would you like to see, Goddess?"

[Light]

"I'm counting how much money I have. There are things we need to buy." He looks over his shoulder at her.

Ace leans back and walks around the throne, looking at the details put into the room, "What do you reccomend."

Chi approaches lightly and looks over his shoulder," Like what?"

The Pharoah smiles slightly," I can't hide anything from a God.... So i will show youthe slaves' slums.."

[Light]

"Things," he hides the tablet under his arm scowling, "You'll find out tomorrow morning."

Ace tilts her head, "Good choice, Ra-Sefu," she says, mimicking his words from earlier.

Chi Frowns at him," I have the vague feeling you want to get torture devies because of how i embarassed you in front of you frieds today..."(xD)

He stands and smirks," We may have more in common than we know," He replies and leads her away

"Oh, I don't need to buy any of hose, I have a good enough stalk," he nonchalantly... Teases?

"Maybe." She follows him, spinning ahead ever so often like a bird.

She recoils, mocking him, not knowing why she was playing along with this man she should hate," Oh.... Gods help me," She mewls sarcastically

The Pharoah watches her in silence and leads her down the steps to a chariot waiting for them," I would prefer to walk... But i'm afraid its too far away to do so confidently," He muses as he offers her his hand

"Remember-- they don't exist in this house," he wags a finger at her with a roll of his eyes. "Anyways--We're gonna need to stay far from the palace--and Bast. She likes to take her anger out on others in a creative, painful ways."

Ace gazes at the chariot, her free dance-like walk stopped, "Alright then," she looks at it with distaste, and takes his hand climbing into the chariot.

" she'll be ipset about losing the goddess won't she?" Chi muses softly

The Pharoah climbs after her and barely moves the reins while the two dusty brown horses leap foreward as one. He puts a hand on her back to keep her from falling

"Very," he agrees nodding, "It's not pretty."

Ace grabs ahold of the side of the chariot, her eyes widening a bit in surprise.

" That sounds...." She trails off before snickering," Hilarious,"

The pharoah merely chuckles and holds onto her tighter as they vault through the streets

He suddenly turns serious, his eyes closing. "You wouldn't be laughing if you knew--she's a demon incarnate. Last time whoever angered her ended up... Well, cut up into prices and spread across the palace."

Ace huffs a bit, holding back her annoyance at the contraption.

Chi's smile fades," I'm... Glad she didn't get me than..." She murmurs

Ra-Sefu just chuckles softly," Never been on a chariot before, goddess?"

[Light]

"Yes, one little mistake on your part and she's feral." Tau anxiously rubs his wrist a bit, "If she ever, ever looks at you like that, run. Trust me."

"Never had a reason to." She curtly replies, her eyes focused on her knees.
