Outside the ship, a bolt of lightnig streaks toward the ship... Only to slam into Chose's talons and be rerouted to the ocean below

She quickly walks away from him and takes off her jacket. She zips it up around the egg and her breath hitches and her head tilts upwards. That sounded close, too close for comfort. "I know..."

Erin's voice suddenly came overthe intercom," CHOSEN, KEEP THE BOLTS AWAY OR WE'RE f***ED!!" Another crack comes from outside and a telepathic roar answers," Right! But mext time be prepared!!!"

Cloud huddles to the side and closes her eyes tight. They would be okay.

There was a small rumble from the ship before the artificial hravity kicked in and in an instant.. The ship hurtled away, blue pixels rising from the ground showing that Udolf was protecting it

Cloud sighs shakily and her shoulders roll down. Chosen had helped them, and Udolf was buckling down and making sure they didn't get zapped either. Thy were super heroes to her, and she loved them with all her heart, but she never wanted to be like them.

The ship shivered as it breaks free of the atmosphere, the pixels dying away

"Nay, isn't that good Lu-chan? You won't become an over-fried egg," she wriggles her nose smiling, and picks up the egg.

Snow appears next to her," Awsome! We can make lots of scrambled eggs!!" She yelps

[Light]

Cloud squawks indignantly, "NO! Absolutely not!" She jumps up and jumps over the seats towards the door, "Not my baby! STRANGER DANGER!"

" Eh? What'd i do?!" Snow whines, her tail kinking unhappily

"It's a living creature Snow!" Cloud wails. Just as she does, a crack forms on the surface and smoke billows out. The silverette lets out a shrill squeak instantly, "Did I break it?! Holy SHIT---"

Udolf suddenly appears and smiles slightly, putting his am around her shoulders," Nah... Just watch, ICloud.. It'll be ok," he grins

She looks at him, and then back at the egg. "Okay..." She sniffs a bit worriedly, her shoulders shaking under his arm. The crack spreads quickly, and Cloud stifles a gasp by biting her lip. Little pink fingers grab her forearm, sending mental images to her in rapid succession. They were all of the inside of the egg, but each one had her speaking in the background.

Udolf crouches next to her, a small smile on his lips," What'll its name be?"

The rest of the egg shells turn to ash and disappear, and she leans down looking at the small baby. He looked very human indeed. "Lumière... That's his name. My little Lumi-Lu," the baby curls its fingers and turns a bit in her arms, setting against her chest. One of his other hands wave outwards, searching for the other voice he heard.

Udolf grins and offers his figer to the child," Hmph.. He's adorable," Udolf grins

The child holds onto it, his warm fingers tougher than a normal child's. "of course he is, he's mommies little bo~y," the child gurgles happily instantly, and Cloud laughs relaxing on the ground.
