The nurses start to change shifts, from day to night, and the walls seem to echo with the groaning pain of the soldiers that were stuck in the health ward. The smell of oil and sweat breezes by his bed before quickly walking back and stopping at the end of the bed, "So you managed to find this place," blue eyes looked him over before turning to the rest of the room.

He looks up, focusing on the blue eyes,"... I had help," he answers softly

"Probably sweet-talked a girl," Lucy walks around the bed and squints at his face, "... oh well--I fixed up the Nuke Baby, he's playing music and terrorizing little mechanics like you trained him to,"

He snickers and reaches out to pat her head," I wanna see him,"

Lucy jerks backwards quickly and swats at his hand, "Put on your shirt weirdo and I'll allow you to follow me to the hangar," nursing her hand while grumbling, she presses a band aid on tighter, "insufferable--the lot of you soldiers,"

" When did you get hurt?" He asks blinks and grabbing her wrist, examining the band aid, standing

"Just from a wire," she makes a face at being grabbed, and her nose twitches "Don't be clingy, creep," she pulls her hand back and crosses her arms, "Well--come on, the Baby's probably crying now--" a nurse walking by squeaks and hurries away, "It's your fault for spoiling him,"

" Keheheh, he's my little brother," he laughs and takes her hand, pulling her away

"Hey," she huffs, "That doesn't give you an excuse to reduce him to a child,"

" I'm just taking care of my little brither the way I know how," He chirps, dragging her along

[Light]

"You really are pitiful," she accuses, trying not to trip over her feet as he pulls her along, "--and your hands sweaty and hot--I do know the way to the hangar without you pulling my arm off,"

" Then show me, cuz I dunno!" he crows, grinning at her," By the way, that Carter guy was super nice... Is he always so doped up on Adreniline?"

Her blue eyes widen, and she starts looking around frantically, "W-what? H-he's here? You saw him?! He didn't do anything weird to you did he?" grabbing onto his arm with her other hand, and turns him down a hall, correcting their course, "T-that creep, stay away from him, okay? He's dangerous--he's one of the people that didn't like the production of the Relinquisher,"

" He said you sent him," Crim answers, looking confused but shrugging," Why didn't he like nuke baby?"

[Light]

"Why would I do that? You would have been back sooner if I did that..." she sniffs and swipes a card over a panel before opening to door to the hangar, "I more or less said there would only be one--and if he didn't have one as well, he didn't want anyone else to,"

" Only one..?" crim breathes and frowns," But Nuke Baby'll be lonely..."

"Tch, you idiot," she glares at him, "I didn't... build him at first for him to be a war machine..." she frowns, and hurries down the stairs.

" What'd you build him for then?" He asks, wincing slightly

"I'm not going to tell--" she lets go of him quickly, "--because I don't trust you with that,"
