Peter smiled to himself and led her over to a stall that smelled of overly ripe fruit and earthy vegetables. He smiled at the owner and gazed up at Bella. "What do you need?"
She hopped down from the horse gracefully and examined all the fruits and vegetables herself, she placed what she sought to buy in her basket and showed the man who named his price, she shook her head and went down by a few which he accepted and then she paid him.
He nodded and led the horse farther down the hill and into the heart of the marketplace. A bakery was there and Peter gestured to it. "This is where you can get everything you need."
She smiled,"I'll only take a few minutes" she said before waving to him and rushing into the store to buy flour and sugar by the pound as well as spices and herbs that were needed.
She came out after a little while, her large basket now full and at least 15 pounds. She smiled at the sight and tried to shake her thoughts away as she walked up,"you really like horses dont you?"
Peter smiled ironically. "They are the only ones who understand me." He reached out for the basket and took it from her gently, wanting to alleviate her from the weight of the heavy groceries.
Peter shrugged. "They are just gentle and they have personalities. You can tell them whatever you like and they will never tell anybody," he said with a cheesy grin.
She chuckled lightly, amused by his statement,"yeah, I grew up in a small town so only few people had horses," she said forgetting for a moment who she was talking to and mentally slapping herself for letting it slip.
She quickly came up with the name of a near by town, one known for their cruel deeds towards children and woemen,"Scarlayo, its a town just outside of the large city"
