"Rori," Lady tilted her head and smiled, her fan smacking against one of the women who had started to open her mouth. "Don't repeat the same word in one passing. It makes you sound ignorant, like the people from the mainland. Instead say, 'The King is senile, we do need a stupid tournament.'," she starts walking again slowly, her eyes focused on the few pieces of art that lined the walls. "I'll forget the tournament, if that will stop you from bellowing out like an infant,"

She paused for a moment, before flicking her hand for the other women to start following, "Such a lovely compliment, Rori, but I have always been like this. I recommend you take better care of your ears, because they might get cut off one day."

He grasps her hand, stopping her long enough to kiss her cheek and smile," You're such a b*tch... I know where I get it from now," he whispers in her ear, chuckling softly before letting go of her hand and turning away to step away,

Lady pressed her lips into a smile, "Of course it came from me, Rori; your father is too nice." she unfolded her fan and looked away, "... And Dear, next time you decide to use that sort of language in front of me, I'll take your tongue and feed it to the dogs." she resumed walking, the conversation resuming in hushed whispers.

Rori smiles despite the oddly tense conversation and looks at Vein,"...?" Almost expcting him to speak, comment, ask... Anything

Vein looked to Rori, feeling his eyes on him. "... Your mother.... Different," he commented, as if he had never seen a woman behave that way with her son.

" Well, our 'relationship' is a strange one. It's rare to have a bastard child from a woman," he answers and shrugs, leading him to a side passage

Vein trailed after him, casting looks around. "... You... Don't like her," he said, asking for confirmation to what he had observed from the exchange.

" I guess... I'm not fond of her but I don't hate her," he answers softly, clasping his hands together and looking thoughtful as they began walking up a thin flight of stairs

"Ironborn are odd." he looks at the stairs warily before starting up them. "... But she seemed... interesting," he said the word with an unsteady tongue, "you resemble her."

Rori justsnorts and continues walking in silence until they reach a platform, it was a small hallway with only two doors on either side and it ended in a veranda," My room is to the left... Yours will be to the right," Rori murmurs, glancing back at him," Is that all you need?"

"Is all." he confirmed while mounting the last step. He gave him one last look before heading towards the door he was told was his.

Vein had already left in the morning, and while starting on cleaning his room, Mesa reported that he had been picked up by Densil and was getting to know the going abouts.

"You should see his room--he must have stayed up all night long, sorting his weapons. Didn't even get in the bed--slept on the floor," the little girl said while holding up his tunic for the day.

Rori blinks and slides his tunic over his head," That can't be healthy... He'll collapse from exhaustion, that'll look terrible," he murmurs, frowning slightly," We can tell everyone he has ship lag, that way he won't be bothered,"

Mesa scrambled to grab his jacket, and holds the large coat out to him, "I'll tell Densil to leave him alone then--he was excited about having 'another adorable little brother'," she puffs out her cheek for a moment, "...He seems more like a dog to me."

" He is neither part of the family nor a pet," he scolds, gently booping her nose with his finger," Tell Densil to leave him alone in the most firm, ferocious voice you can. Practice on me, show me how feirce you can be!" He makes a 'grr' face and tries to supress his laughter
