The girl couldnt help but hold her breath, squeezin her eyes tight, last time she had felt scales was... She shakes the thought away

He landed not about20 feet away from the village and laid one week out, it stretched into the village, "go now and sleep like humans must" he said.

She blinks and sits up, hugging her drawing board to her chest as she slides off his wing.. As she lands, she turns and calls out softly," Dragon...?"

He brought his head to the ground and crawled forward after tucking his wings in "yes?" He responded

She blinks and leans ocer, picking up a groupd of ressish orange flowers,"... Snap dragons..." She murmurs shyly and holds it out to him

He smiled and held his large hand out. "They are beautiful flowers." He said

She doesnt reply but places them in his paw before back away, bowing quicky, than retreating to the village as the faintest pink of sun painted the horizon

He curled his claws around his palm so the flowers wouldnt fall as he dissapeared into the dawn.

Toward those short trees
We saw a hawk descending

Once again, the girl was at the lake that afternoon, but this time with other people. She sat neatly on a cushion with another woman who looked much like her as well as an older man, a few soldiers and men who looked like generals.

The girl stared over the lake, her mind wandering from the conversation to wondering where the dragon she had met was... Thankfully no one had seen her with it though mother was furious that the white kimono had small grass stains... Nothing unusual about that..

The dragon peeked out of his cave the sun hurting his eyes at first.

The girl stifles a yawn when her mother flashes her a look cold enough to freeze over the lake," Tsuki! Behave yourself!"

The girl gazes at her knees and nods wordlessly

" Honestly.." The older woman sighs in exasperation

The dragon yawned and stood out on his peak in clear view of the lake. His long tail hung off the edge and his wings opened in closed.

" .. Emporer... We... Have located to dragons within this area," a general murmurs gruffly," A large red on as well as te purple serpent... We do not know where the red one resides but we know.. Orochi will strike soon,"

At the mention of the red dragon, the girl stiffens slightly but stays perfectly frozen, like a doll,"..."

he looked around his territory the girl had warned him of a purple serpent, he wondered where it was.

" What is he after this time?" The older man asks

" the same as last tiem.. As far as we know, your majesty," the general answers

Tsuki stared at the lake, shaking now, why was that serpent always after her..?

He let out another loud yawnand opened his wings jumping iff his ledge he flew over the lake being so large he covered their veiw of the sun and the suns veiw of the lake at one point.

Everyone looks up to see the dragon, the older woman cryin out in fear, while the generals and Guards drew their weapons. Ony the girl and her fater stayed sitting and calm, Tsuki smilig while her father watched in silence

The dragon passed over them flying to a peak where he wrapped his tail around the large mountian and sat down, his wings out streched.

The girl claps her hands, her father gazing at her,"... Do you enjoy the scaled ones..?" He asks his daughter

Tsuki glances at her father, her smile fading," They-they are... Beutiful when they fly..."
