She coughed a few times bile dripping to the ground before she pulled a napkin from her pocket and wiped her mouth.

" Agh... I'm wondering if i should just dump you at a hospital," He teases gently

She chuckled "i dont know if that would help or make things worse" she said with a smile

" Both, i suppose," He Murmurs and picks her up,," Lie down in the back seat, we're gonna have to abandon ship."

she blushed when he picked her up but did as told and laid in the back seat

He kisses her cheek, buckles her in and climbs back into the truck, the herd of sheep having fled from the gunshots and leading the black road clear

Her eyes slowly closed and she started to feel drowsy. She tried to keep her eyes open, focused on the back of his head a smile fixed lightly on her lips.

He glances over his shoulder quickly and smiles quickly before glanig back at the road

She couldnt help herself as she fell asleep in the back seat, her eyes closing and her hair falling into her face, her cheeks were powdered with red and her arms were in front of her body her legs one bent slightly more than the other.

He tries to keep te ride smooth and keeps the light as dim as he dares.. Hed dealt with a enough snipers in his life

She shifted in the backseat making a small sound, the dreams again. They were the reason she sometimes refused to sleep, often jolting awake, awaking him. She hated being like this but being able to dream of deaths to come, and watch them happen before her eyes didnt seem like something she would /want/ to do

Elijah had parked in a protected ditch beside the rode, making the car look abandoned and empty. He slept in the front seat, a soft snore rumbling from his open mouth

She jolted awake,being restrained by the seat belt she panicked more and started slightly hyperventilating not taking in full what was going on.

Elijah blinks awake slowly and glances back," Jane..?" He yawns loudly

she broke free of the seat belt and backed against the car door, her face was red, as if with fever, and her chest rose and fell quickly with her breaths. When she heard her name be called she looked over to him and closed her eyes, blinking a few times her eyes started to water as she took in their situation.

Elijah watched her, his gaze steadily becomig more concerned, he crawls in the back of the truck and murmurs," Jane.."

she looked at him, her tears welling over but her head was dizzy she wasnt able to make much sense of things at the moment.

E reaches out and gently wipes away her tears," Jane... Can you look at me?" His voice was gentle yet firm.
