She blinks and blushes, quickyl stuffing her hands in her lap again and nodding with a small 'mk'

He scoops a good portion into the bowl and holds it out to her, his pale fingers shaking a bit from the remaining chills that stuck with his body from the morning cold, "Here."

She takes the bowl, noticing his shaking and tiltin her head," are you.. Cold..?"

[Light]

"A little," he draws his hands back and starts fixing himself a bowl, "Need new gloves... Fatties guards took my others..."

She blinks as she sets the bowl down next to her and holds out her hands to him," Give me your hands... Please.."

He blinks a few times before setting his bowl down carefully. He holds his hands out to her hesitantly, his eyes watching her.

She takes his hands in hers and as bubbles incase his hands," Now you can put them in the fire... But.. You could probably already do that now, huh?" She pulls away again and looks at her bowl which she sips slowly

"It's harder to form scales on my hands like I can my feet," he admits in a soft mumble. He moves his hands over the fire flexing his fingers, his dark bangs falling over his eyes.

She smiles shyly as she sips the broth and yips softly, her tongue stickig out of her mouth," Ow..."

Chrys glances up from the flames and shifts a bit in his spot, "...I don't... own any glasses, so I can't offer you any water... but there's a river nearby, we pass over it on the way to the village."

" a river?" She instantly seemed to forget her burned tongue and asks excitedly," Can we go there now? Please? Please? Please?!"

He rapidly starts blinking again, and nods picking up his bowl. He tilts his head back and downs it all quickly, "Just leave the bowl on the floor,"

Koi nods, doing the same with her bowl. She quickly gets to her feet and leaps to the door, literally bouncig with excitement

Following at a more relaxed pace, he shuts the door behind him and closes up his jacket before continuing forward, "We'll walk."

She nods enthusiastically, walking slightly behind him and nearly bumping into him as she gazes up at the crystalized and snow covered trees.

Chrys yawns, his mouth stretching at the large exhale. He rubs his eyes a bit with his sleeve and quickens his pace, wanting to get her to the river before she tripped of something.

Koi scrambles up oto a large bridge, overlookig the river.. Large chunk of ice floated downstream. She actualy leaped ip onto the wall of the bridge and sat there, staring down at the water with a smile

Chrys leans against the rail and closes his eyes in thought, letting her enjoy the river.

She lances at him beaming," Do you want to come wih me?" She asks, tilting her head

He opens one eye giving her an amused look, "That wouldn't be a very good idea. Remember what happened last time I got wet?"
