Kit's eyes widened as he saw his friend fall and he pushed people out of the way, rushing after Scarlet.

Rhoswen knelt beside him, tears already streaming down her face, "Somebody help!" she yelled, her shoulders shaking, "/Please/!"

Fae nods and sweeps from the hall, the panicking guests staying in tight groups together..

Scarlet peers at the needles and murmurs," Not if we take them out right.... They were meant for Rhos any way..." She reaches out and touches a needle lightly

Scout hisses in pain but closes his eyes, trembling in pain and fury..

Rhoswen hastily wiped her tears away and kissed his brow reassuringly, "We're going to remove them all as quickly as we can, okay?" she whispered.

The queen murmured something to a guard closest to her. Her hands were clenched into fists, hazel eyes dark with fury. How /dare/ the Lord try and attack her niece and end up injuring Scout? It was blatant disrespect.

A roar rages through the hall from the man as the princess leaps from the room and smashes his head into the stone wall with a knee
