Orion knelt down beside the bed and reached underneath it to pull out a bottle of vodka. Good stuff, too. He couldn't believe Aerie had actually said yes when he'd asked for the stuff.

Once she reached the outskirts of the forest she heard a scream but it wasnt from inside the forest it was in the town and it was a bit muffled. On instinnct she ran towards the sound to see three men pinning down a woman. She lunged to help the terrifyed girl and quickly pulled a dagger from her shoe she never knew when she needed it so she always carried it. The men were large and buff and over powered her slightly each

She got thrown off by the first man and was grabbed by a secong the third held down the other girl. Rose freaked for a split second then her eyes turned determined and furious she kicked both the men in the gut then flipped backwards and landed. She threw the dagger and hit a man in his head but that was her only weapon she looked around then picked up a PVC pipe and swung but the man caught it and pulled it from her grasp. She was flung across the alley with one dead the girl gone and the two men trying to kill her now her eyes widened what was she supposed to do.

She tried to dodge their attacks and did for a while until one of them caught her leg and slammed her to the ground. The back of her head began to bleed

Jem heard the commotion from a block away and, being the kind of person he was, ran right toward the sounds of fighting. It only took him a second to recognize Rose. He threw himself into the fray without hesitation, grabbing the back of one man's shirt and pulling him roughly backward.

the other grabbed onto rose's hair and threw her back into the back of the alley she got the wind knocked out of her

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Jem moved with inhuman speed as he threw the first man to the ground, and then spun around and kicked the other in the chest, sending him flying backward.

Rose got to her feet slowly and touched the back of her head feeling the blood on her hand. 

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Jem's head swung back and forth, his eyes darting, waiting or the men to get back up and attack again. Neither did. They were out-cold on the hard ground. He turned to Rose, then, his eyes suddenly full of worry. "Are you okay?"

she nodded but the blood on her white hair was obvious "I think so"

Jem knew she would heal in a couple of hours, faster than a human would. The bleeding should only take a few more minutes to stop. "What happened?" he asked. "Who are these guys?"

as the bleeding stopped she looked around "there was a girl she was getting mugged by them I don't know where she went she must've gotten away"

"Well, that's a good thing," Jem said. "We did our good deed for the way." He gave her a cute smile, so cute and playful, unlike Orion's. "What are you doing out here?" he asked. "It's getting late."

"im taking a walk" she said looking down while in her mind she said I need to get away from Orion for a bit

"Mind if I join you?" Jem asked. "Wouldn't want you to run into any more trouble with muggers."

she chuckled "sure"

Jem offered her his arm with a faint smile. "Shall we?"
