"No, no, I am happy," he smiled, "I just miss him."

"Well you still get to see him right?" He asked

"Yeah, he's my best friend. Of course I do."

He smiled "well then what is there to be sad about?" He asked

"He was my partner for a while. It feels like a loss," Maxxie shrugged.

"Oh.." He took a moment to think "i could be your partner!" He said jumping up with the idea

"Really?" Maxxie blinked, "You'd want to?"

" of course" he said with a big smile

"That could work," he mused, "I could probably come up with good routines for us."

He nodded "i bet you could" he said then started past him "i have to go get myself a lap dance but ill be back" he said then strode out onto the open area, already catching a few eyes.

"Have fun! Be sexy!" He chuckled, sending Asa a quick text.

He chuckled and sat at the bar, a couple men racing to get to him, the one who did was a large man with black hair and immediately asked "id like a private dance from you" very straight forward

Maxxie chuckled at Asa's response and slipped his phone away, heading out onto the floor. He might as well make some money too.

He led the man to the private rooms and put the door about an inch away from the doorframe, as was expected from all the dancers, they werent allowed to close the doors and Gon didnt want to.

The blonde nodded in satisfaction. Bad things happened behind closed doors. He muttered to one of the bouncers to keep a close eye on Gon's room, before coercing a young man who had probably never been to a strip club into one of the rooms.

Gon confronted him about the rules then played his music and began, the man coming a little to close for comfort at some points, the man took in his scent and smirked, the man tripped him and Gons eyes widened /sh*t/ he thought then let out a small yelp, the man pinned him to the ground roughly, his hands plantting themselves on bruises and he put his knees into Gons legs

Maxxie was a little busy- the nervous ones were always the most adorable- but luckily, the bouncers had sharp ears. The one that had been alerted heard distinct shuffling that wasn't dancing and sighed. He kicked the door open all the way and lunged, grabbing the man by the back of his collar.
