When the period ended, Kalie headed back inside to go to her next class. You could only miss so many.

This was why Kalie didn't skip sixth period: because everyone else did. That meant that when she was skipping, she had some peace and quiet, and when sixth rolled around half the class was gone.

He sat there laying back on tge grass as he smoked a blunt of weed and sighed softly through the free side of his mouth.

When school was over, Kalie was relieved. It was the weekend, which meant two full days of PURE FUN.

Unfortunately, it seemed liks weekends were a hassle for him, and as he left he failed to pay attention to who he was walking into.

Kalie stumbled backward as he walked right into her. "Hey, watch where you're going!" she exclaimed, glaring at him. Only then did she realize who he was. Why did this guy keep popping up in her life?

Kalie huffed and brushed past him, pretending he was below her notice.
