Olin gingerly picked her up and set her on the bed, "I wi find this person, Indigo."

She hook her head,"... Their dead too..."

"Dead? But how?" Olin asked, looking confused.

Olin sighed, "That's it. As soon as you've healed enough to travel, I'm having Brig take you and Maida back."

She blinks at him and hugs Olin tightly," i'm so sorry... I caused you so much trouble.."

He kissed her forehead, "Don't apologize to me, Indigo. You haven't done anything wrong."

He kissed her forehead just as Brig slipped into the room. The squire was sporting a black eye and a couple bruises, but smiled sheepishly when he saw them, "I heard the ruckus- I brought warm water and some towels for her."

Maida spots him and immediately jumps to her feet and looks scared at his bruises, her eyes saying 'what happened?'

Brig smiled and set the bucket down by Indigo's bedside. He laid the towels on the bed too and turned to her, taking her hands gently, "I got caught up by a couple of unhappy guards. Don't worry about me."

Maida frowns and hugs him tightly. Indigo just smiles and murmurs," Maida... Take care of Brig first..."
