He hummed and stood, cleaning his weapons before covering them again and hanging the body up in a cold store room with other mutilated cavities. He exited the room then, hands in his pockets.
The cloaked figure stood in the front courtyard of the home, watching as two horses rode up. The hood caused only the bottom half of his face to be seen, and his slightly plump, pink lips were turned down in their usual casual frown, his black hair resting on the fronts of his shoulders.
Urien Fairflank rode by himself, his horse a huge, frightening black beast. The eldest brother's blue eyes were hardened and sharp as they neared the gates.
Callindrill and Aslane rode together, the younger and Davae's own twin brother, sat with his arms wrapped around Callin's waist. All looked grim, though Aslane looked the most upset.
"I don't like this," Aslane whispered, clutching his brother tighter, "There's something not right about this place."
Urien's horse thundered to a stop, though Urien didn't even budge from where he was seated. He stared at Aisling coldly, not even bothering with formalities.
"You are quite impatient, aren't you? Here." He pulled something from his cloak. "He requested generously that I give you this, should you come searching for him."
