She quiets down after a while, calmig to wretched breathes,".... He... He wanted to kill you bu..." She shakes and holds up her bloody arms

Jack looks at her arms and then up at her. He breaks into a deeply warm, and appreciative smile, hugging her and giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Then you saved me. I owe you, Ari." He says softly. "Now, we should head back to patch you up. Ok?"

She smiffs and nods, trembling

Jack gently picks her up and heads back to camp. Once there, he quickly takes her to get patched up, and then back to bed, putting her in it gently. "There we go. Thanks again Ari." He said with a smile, kissing her on the forehead. "You were so brave."

She sniffs, leanig up and kissing her chin," L-love you..."

Jack blinks, thinking for a bit, and then smiles. "Love you too." He says, giving her and honest-to-gods kiss-on-the-lips before standing back up. "Now go to sleep! You need it!"

She smiles and blushes but nods and closes her eyes

TIME WARPING ACTIVATE--

"Hey, Ari, wake up! Time to get dressed and head out!" a familiar voice said, brushing the hair out of the way of her face

Ari blinks awake and moves, whimpering in pain," What happened...?"

"Nothing. It's just time to get up! Unless you want to stay here for another day." Jack said with a chuckle, sitting at the edge of her bed.

" Oweeey~ you're too fat," she whines, but sits up painfully

"Hey!" He says indignantly, but grows concerned when she sits up. "Careful. The maestro said you'll have to either sit in the cart as we go home or ride with someone else." He said

" I wanna ride with you... Cuz... I know you'll protect me," she murmurs, sitting up and hissing, tears springing from her eyes in pain as her forehead bumps against his chest

Jack hugs her Quickly. "Careful careful! Don't hurt yourself, Ari!" He warns with a chuckle. "And of course I'll protect you!"

She hugs him weakly, trembling. She ached all over... It hirt to move but she still sniffles and kisses his shirt

Jack smiled and kissed her on top of her head, smoothing out the back of her hair. "There there. Don't strain yourself."

" Blegh," she answers and laughs softly, frowning, even that hirt.... This sucked...

Jack chuckled. "Well, should I get servants to help you get dressed? Seems you may need the help."

" No, i dont wanna freak them out!" She squeaks immediately
