Fae nods slowly, glancing around," Some of the soldier are already setting up archer parpets-"

" Stop calling them soldiers," he rasps

" Why..?"

" Because they are just animals, we're all animals in war."

Castle squeaks speaking up, "Tell them to use the tables in the next hall to block the door,"

Alistair's red gaze slides to Castle," I knew it,"

Fae flicks the side of Castle's head," God, and you were tellig ME to be careful," but orders the soldiers to block the doors any way

The mouse squeaks indignantly, "What? Not like its gonna matter anyways,"

Fae huffs and rolls er eyes," We'll see..."

"What? I'm too important to kill right now, you can do that later. Right now you would love me to tell you all the little things about this place. Like the neat little brick you can push in and open a storage room to an old room that was used to store spears and the like," He crawls out of her pocket and scampers away from the two quickly as he heads to the civilians.

Fae laughs softly and murmurs to Alistair," See what i have to deal with?"

He snorts with a small smile

The sound of Heisuke capturing the mouse can be heard as squeaks fill the air, and Asid's smart remark telling he better let go before he gets bit.

Danny's little 'be nice to it!' Squeaks from nearby

Fae glances around and instantly grows sad, she wasnt sure she could face them...

"I'm being nice~" Heisuke laughs standing up as he holds the mouse up, "He's just being a baby,"

"Yeah, cause he still can't sleep without a light and guards his stash of food like a dragon," Asid looks around the area trying to see if he can spot Fae.

Danny sighs and twiddles with her fingers

Fae turns and begins to walk away, head bowed

Alistair blinks at her," Why wont you..?"

" Because.. I'm afraid i'd never leave if i saw them again.."

[Light]

Asid looks back at Heisuke when he doesn't see her, orange eyes slightly narrowed in disappointment. Castle finally gives up and Heisuke cheers as he rubs his cheek against the small animal. It gives Danny a pitiful look and flicks its tail before his eyes dart over to Faerydaes retreating back.

Danny makes an extra sad face back

Fae shakes her head and murmurs," Meet me at the top of the Fort, we need to find Kein before the seige,"

Alistair casts her a look but doesnt argue as she disappears into the throng

Castle wriggles suddenly and escapes his grasp and falls into the girls lap quickly with a triumphant squeak.

Albus's eyes followed them all the time while they were in the room, and he looks away when he feels Alice move a bit. The snow outside continued to fall at the slow pace, but stuck to the ground.

Danny smiles and gently strokes te mouse's head, grinning

Fae emerges onto the roof, never slipping on the snow but noticing with a slight smile that the snow would indeed freeze in the night and cause black ice... She was grateful she had moved the refugees early.

Alistair stands next to her, staring out in the darkness," More blood will spill," he murmurs

Castle lightly hummed his satisfaction as Hei whines a bit, bit doesn't make a move to grab him again.

Small flames could be seen from a distance, far down from the fort as the army had yet to climb up.

Fae sits on the large stone, resting her elbows on her knees and chin on her hands," Indeed," her eyes staring down at the flames

Alistar stays standing," What should i do?" He asks quietly

Fae smiles slightly," Do not allow them in, if they get within twenty feet of the fort i want you to rip them apart... Do not let the refugees see though,"

Alistair slowly nods

Four hawks screeches could be heard as they finally start to move again, and the animals start to fly towards the fort quickly.
