The beasts slopping converge together and jump at him from a few paces away.

It sways a bit in its spot as it registers her position before running at her.

He slames the blade into the beast's maw, forcig its jaws to stay apart while bringing the other blade down to chop its head off

Fae slides to the side, trying to disorient it

The beast stays still as if waiting for him to do it, and a voice rips through the air, "Throw it off the mountain- don't pierce the flesh!"

The monster moves forward changing its direction to where she had slid towards.

Alistair glances aroud but obeys, the sword flippig around as it comes down on its neck so the hilt of the blade slamme ito its neck, stunning it

Fae hisses and turns her head, slamming her shoulde into its chest

[Light]

The sound of chains breaking comes from behind him near a wagon and the door that was covering it flies off, "D**n, finally managed to break the bloody things," Kein limps out of the wagon and flinches a bit when his bare feet sink into the snow, "tch," The mass of flesh ripples and the muscles loosen in its stunned state.

The charging beast flies back and rolls across the ground harmlessly, a vibrant green ooze slowly pouring out of a small tear in its flesh.

Alistair grabs the sagging flesh and hurls it down the jagged slope, grinning

Fae hisses and makes a move to slam her hilt into its jaw but slips with a cry

[Light]

"That's the way," he praises moving to the front of the wagon, "Let it explode down there," after a few seconds after his words the mountain shakes as the corpse implodes. He grabs a shirt and tears the fabric, bending down to wrap it around his feet.

The flesh uses that moment and starts to fling itself at her quickly.

Alistair ignores him and turns to Fae, his gaze shifting from insane happy to fearful," Fox..." He croaks, realizig he was too far away to help

Fae rolls onto her back and lashes out at the creature with her fists instead, slamming a foot into its face

The man looks over his eyes widening in alarm, "no,"

The flesh recoils a bit and starts bubbling quickly, its temperture rising. It makes a move to jump on her again, but a thin, gold arrow slams into its side making it fly off and explode far away enough to where it didnt do anything but cover her in the green slime. A lion roars angrily from bein left behind and slowly advances down the slope with Alice on its back.

Alistair smiles slightly as Alice approaches and hums softly, the swords disappearing

Fae lays on her back, staring up at the dark clouds, panting.... Sh*t. Was all she could think

"You," she points to Alistair, "and you," her finger moves over to Faerydae, "Are on my sh*t list, just so we're clear." She tosses her head a bit making the snow that had gathered fly from her hair.

Alistair shrugs and smirks slightly," We'll meet again," he murmurs before the wings snap from his back and he zips away with a laugh

Fae glances at Kein, smiling," Told you i'd take care of them," she murmurs

She watches him fly and blinks a bit as she shrugs her shoulders, "There's something you don't see everyday," she muses as Albus starts padding towards Faerydae.

Kein plops down beside her on the ground and smiles a bit, "Good job," he ruffles her hair giving her that sincere, thankful look. "No more swords for me though, I'll leave that to someone else."

Castle jumps from Alice's lap and scampers across the snow towards her.

Fae sits up and grins at Kein," Can you tell Heisuke and Yumi and the others that i said goodbye?" She asks quietly, holding her hand out for Castle

Kein nods his head and leans back on his elbows, "Of course, you need to go back where you belong anyways, right? It's not good to travel too far from home."

Castle gives a mini leap and lands in her hand quickly.

Fae nods slowly and smiles," Thanks... Just thanks," she grins and hugs Kein tightly," You're more of a father than my real dad..." She pulls away and stands, looking down the slope," Lets go Castle,"

[Light]

Keing smiles at her, "You know where I am if you need a good dose of family, Fairy," he calls after her before turning to go up to the fortress.

Castle flicks his tail swatting away the snow, "Find someplace dry where we can go to sleep, it's the only way to return to our time," he murmurs closing his eyes.

She glances back at the fortress, down atthe blood stained slope and nods, sliding down the slope slowly
