Jason finally got the other two on and she looked up to Ciel, tears falling into his hand before the scales retreated and hr eyes turned to normal causing her to fall limp, unconscious.

He breathed out a sigh of relief and slumped beside her.

Jason lowered her to the ground, they were all out of breath, panting in hopes to regain it.

"You might want to make sure she is gone before Charlotte wakes," Ciel said sadly, glancing over at the girl's body.

Jason nodded and commanded two men to take care of it. "Thank you Ciel, normally it ends up with us having to lock her down here as she fights against the chains"

He nodded, "No problem. I'm happy to help.."

Jason sighed and sat down beside him looking over to Charlotte with weary eyes.

"What happened to cause this?" He asked.

They were coming back from school and some guys i dont know two streets down tried to mug them and she was shot and killed, Charlotte carried her back after removing the bullet and administering first aid but she had already died, the bullet pierced her heart" he explained.

Ciel nodded sadly, "Oh, I see. So there was no way to help at all."

"None.." He sighed looking up the stairs at the men removing the girls body.

He frowned, "I'm so sorry.."

He shook his head "i still have Charlotte, as long as i can protect her, it will feel as if Jasmine was here as well" he said

Ciel nodded and looked over at Charlotte, "It seems like she's been through so much in her life."
