She smiled brightly and gazed down at her baby,"did you hear that baby girl, we can take you home," she stopped to look at Ciel,"can you go get him to get this over with?"

Ciel nodded, "Sit tight, I'll be right back."

She nodded and raised her bed to a sitting position.

Ciel went out to find the doctor, excited to be able to go home.

Chase was signing papers at the front desk of the Maternity wing.

"Dr. Chase," Ciel smiled as he approached, "Charlotte is awake."

Chase smiled and signed one more paper before grabbing latex gloves and smiled at him,"alright, lets check her out then get you two new parents ready to go"

"Again, thanks so much. We're both very excited to get Cece home," Ciel told him as they walked back.

He smiled,"It's a lot easier to get our kind in and out of hospitals thanks to our regenerative skills" he said with a smile as they made their way towards the room.

Ciel smiled and nodded, "Yes, thank goodness."

When they walked in Charlotte looked up and smiled happily,"hey guys"

Ciel walked over and pecked her forehead, "You need me to hold Cece while Dr. Chase checks you over?"

"Yeah, but I need to feed her soon, she's getting wiggly." Charlotte said happily.

Ciel scooped up the baby and cradled her head, "Okay, we'll make this quick then. Right, little Cece?"

Charlotte moved away the blanket for Dr.chase and let him examine her while watching the two.

He made sure to keep Cece distracted, bouncing her lightly and cooing to her. It was only a matter of time before she got fussy, he just hoped she could hold off for a little bit more.

When Dr. Chase was done he looked satisfied,"ok bad news is you still shouldn't put too much pressure on that area for another few days, keep from walking all ovr but besides that your good to go" he said happily.

Ciel smiled, "I'll make sure she's well taken care of, Doc. Don't you worry."

He smiled as Charlotte fixed herself and gestured for the baby.
Dr. Chase smiled,"i trust you will Ciel

He laid Cece in her mother's arms, "I'll wake Ari and Jason up to help us too. They'll probably be around a lot to help us."
