Harold smiled ruefully at her. "What clued you in? The fact that I ran with his wound or he fact I jumped off a cliff?" He teased

"Most of your choices have been pretty stupid," She admitted, sounding very matter-of-fact.

Harold laughed heartily. "I can't argue with that! Even I thought some of my actions were dum."

"But that's okay. I like you, Crow. So you can be stupid and it's alright," Dari shrugged. Her hawk flew down and landed on her shoulder.

"Oh be quiet!" Harold said, blushing slightly though he couldn't fight the smile growing. "So what if I did? It is the truth, I'm not denying."

"I've never heard a man call himself that," She hummed in amusement, shaking her head.

Harold shrugged. "Well, what am I to call myself then? not-a-man? Thats what the others say, that if you don't do /it/ then you're a maid." He argued

"That's rare for men," Dari licked her lips and glanced around, "Especially out here."
