Want to do major plots

Now I need to think of something for City Gangs.

What about a girl/guy trying to stop the fighting between gangs? Like an angel of sorts for gangs. I read something like that today where I guy walked between two gangs in a gun fight and they stopped because they didn't want to kill a bystander and go to jail

I think we should have the strongest members from each species type thing for the malum, and lucidus to lead them, like the strongest werewolf, and werecat, and shifter, and angel, and than demon, faery, vampire, so on and so forth _ for the SW plot that is
