She smiled and broke the kiss then tilted her head to the side to expose her neck "cliche i know, but do it, trust me youll like it" she said. She knew he would like her blood much better than anything he had ever tasted before, her blood was that of an archangel, the blood that could heal death in a second and could give you the ultimate high.
He pulled back, an alarmed look crossing over his face. "I'm not sure that's a good idea," he worriedly said, his voice husky. "I don't want to kill you," he continued, making a face, "it would kind of ruin the mood..."
Jason pursed his lips, before slowly nodding. He wanted to tell himself that it was because Spitfire seemed a little eager, though in actuality, he couldn't help but feel a little hungry... The vampire slowly leaned towards her neck, his fangs growing. Once he was a centimeter away, he planted a gentle kiss on her neck. With his gut rolling as he slowly sunk his fangs into her neck.
She let out a soft almost inaudible moan as her life enriched blood of angels seeped into him, her hips rose to meet his and she ran her fingers through his hair.
Jason was ticking down the seconds, as he tried to not get caught up in the moment. God, it was cheesy to think this, but he loved the taste of her blood... And he hated that about himself. Not knowing if this was the heat of the moment finally catching up and throttling him, Jason slowly retracted back, his hunger still a fleeting thing, though he shoved it away. Wiping his chin, with his sleeve, he asked, "Did I hurt you? Are you OK?" He was acting like a new mother who had just seen her child tumble to the ground for the first time; so worried and so panicky.
Jason gave a weak chuckle, his shoulders sagging a little in relief. He slowly got off of her, looking like the adrenaline was slowly wearing off. "If I did that you wouldn't look forward to next time, would you?" Jason asked, tilting his head across the back of the couch. He picked her legs up and draped them across his legs, putting his hand over them and unconsciously rubbing them.
She chuckled and smiled "i dont know, sometimes i want it to hurt, others i dont, but i dont know with you" she said closing her eyes slowly lulled to sleep by him.
"I guess I'll still remain a mystery, it'll keep you guessing," he said, a smirk appearing. It was so peaceful just sitting here, with everything, well, mostly everything, laid out. He felt...relaxed -yeah, that was a good word to use- around her. It had seemed like a simple kiss would make him this relaxed. He let out a quiet chuckle, amused by this. How funny, he finally found something that kept his attention for more than a couple of seconds. He should give her more credit-
His thoughts were interrupted, as the door banged open. A lanky student walked in, his hands in his pockets and his shoulder hunched over in irritation. "Yo, I'm just popping in here for a snack, don't mind me" -As he was talking, he walked over to the fridge and peered in, crouching down with his face almost into the fridge- "So, who's the other lump over there? I swear to God Jason, if you have another girl in here I'm gonna kill you, ya hear?!" He closed the door and walked over to the two, a scowl on his face.
"Mikey, come on," Jason hissed through his teeth, his eyes flashing red.
The student, apparently Mikey, leaned over the couch, sniffing irritably. He swung his head to face the vampire, his auburn hair bouncing. "Fine. Though just this once. And please, for f***'s sake, don't have sex with her on this couch; I like this one." He paused and affectionately patted the couch, before turning back to the two, a serious frown on his face. "If you do, please don't tell me. I'd rather not be disgusted every time I walk into the room..."
She growled, annoyed by the boy, she swung her leg up and 'accidentally' kicked him in his cheek. Spitfire looked up "oh whoops, sorry, who are you?" She asked with a yawn as she looked over at Jason with a smile.
Mikey rubbed his cheek, gritting his teeth irritably. He shoved her foot away, ending up clonking Jason in the gut, earning an 'omph' from him. The vampire returned her smile, though it looked a little strained; though it hadn't hurt too much, the accidental 'foot-to-the-gut' had surprised him. He gestured towards Spitfire and said through a strained smile, "Mickey, Spitfire. Spitfire, Mikey."
Mikey let out a "hmph" and flicked his head slightly, an almost greeting. "Spitfire, this is my roommate that I was talking about," Jason said, sighing a little. This was a lot better time for him to walk in, it would've been a lot worse had Mikey showed up a couple minutes earlier. Thanking every single god he could think of, he leaned his head back against the couch again, wishing that his roommate could go be somewhere else.
Mikey scowled at her hand, though finally took it and shook it. He looked like he was already regretting appearing here, as he said, "...nice to meet you." His voice was taught, as he glared down at the two, like that would help him somehow.
Jason closed his eyes for a moment, his hands clenching for a second, before he opened his eyes and gave a grin to his roommate. The vampire shoved his irritation and said, "Now that you've met, would you mind leaving. Now?" He said the last part through gritted teeth, frowning at Mikey like it was his fault.
Spitfire gripped his hand roughly before sitting back down with him, nestling her side into Jason's lovingly, her legs crossing and she ran her fingers through her hair to brush it out of her face, the tips of it suddenly igniting into living flames yet not burning anything.
Mikey just rolled his eyes, before turning around on the balls of his feet and stalking to the door. "Don't get too comfortable, I might pop back up again," he called, before closing the door behind him.
Jason let out a sigh, his shoulders relaxing in relief. "Sorry about him," he said, leaning forward and kissing the top of Spitfire's head. "He's a good guy, you just have to get through his attitude," he continued, frowning slightly.
Jason chuckled, yanking on her hair gently with a surprised look crossing over his face for a moment. "Mmm, no idea. He's been pretty grouchy this week; midterms are coming up soon and he seems to be staying up later than usual." He grimaced a little as he continued, "He usually isn't like this."
"Well for one thing, he doesn't barge in like this," Jason said, sighing a bit as he ran a hand through his hair. His other hand rested across her shoulder, unconsciously twirling her hair around his fingers. "He's a good kid, though he doesn't really know what he wants to do with himself. He keeps to himself most of the time, not really interacting with other people. It's kind of nice sometimes, I have to give you that; Mikey doesn't bother me, rarely asking something from me." The vampire shrugged a little. "He's basically like a normal guy, really."
