Ricki gave him a questioning look, "Why would I know that? I don't have bad habits."

"Funny, you have a habit of being afraid of your dad, doing whatever he says, and never letting him learn for himself" he explained.

Ricki stopped in her tracks. The now annoyed women tightened her fists at her sides, "You ignorant a--, you don't know what you're talking about." She raised her voice as the words flew out of her mouth in anger.

He shot his hands up in surrender,"you have no idea what we've been through so I advise you not to say stuff like that" he said before walking out, quicker than she could respond.

Ricki let him go, too anger to care. She ran to her apartment, she tried to open the door before realizing her dad had the key.
She signed and slide down the wall, sitting on the floor and waited.

Carsto laid in his bed restlessly, worried. For the two and their connection.

TIME SKIP

Ricki jolted awake, she looked around the unfamiliar place and quickly got to her feet. She spun around the hallway, where...realization dawned on her. She had slept in the hallway.
Her back and neck were stiff and she groaned in pain as she stretched.
Worry filled her as realization dawned on her again, where is my father?

Cane was sitting on the thin railing in front of her,"I was going to move you into my bed but I didn't want to wake you"

Ricki jumped, not noticing him, "Have you seen my father?" She said, ignoring his comment.
Right now, her full concern was on her dad, not herself.

He shook his head,"no, do you need help finding him?"

"Yes! That would be great! I'll go check the stores downstairs." Ricki rushed off in search of her father.

Hawk snored like a baby in the hotel room bed. He had gotten so drunk last night, both on money and alcohol. After he gotten his daughter to leave, he meet up with Gato and gave him his part of the deal. Later, he wanted to celebrate by hitting all the bars and strip clubs. Hawk bought drugs and he gambled. He took a couple of hookers to an expense hotel.
By the end of the night, he was dead broke and even in more debt then he was back in his own gang.

Cane went out to the hotel and found where he was, he kicked all the hookers out and without anyone knowing he paid off Hawks debt and then awoke him, he didnt want Rikki getting mixed up in another debt so he made it vanish, he wouldnt tell anyone, never. He slapped Hawk till he awoke and forced him to stand,"clean yourself up and be quick we need to go.

Ricki huffed, on the verge of tears. She checked everywhere but she hadn't found him and nobody has seen him. She started thinking the worst, what if something happened to? Ricki cursed at herself, how could she leave him at that casino all by himself?


Hawk and Cane arrived back at the apartments. Hawk forgot a lot about what had happened last night, but he knew he was dead broke again.

Cane was carrying him like a scolded puppy, by the back of his shirt. "RIKKI!" Cane called, her name echoing through the building.

Ricki jetted off towards Cane's voice and when she finally reached them she jumped her father with a hug, "Dad!"

He shoved her off, "Don't scream in my ear." He held in head in pain.

Ricki raised an eyebrow, "You're hungover?" She exclaimed.

Hawk glared glared at her, "Obviously, b---h." He pushed past Cane and his daughter, heading for his apartment.

Cane pulled him back and slammed him on the ground,"how dare you do that to her, she was worried sick and if I hadnt gone out to find you you'd be halfway to hell by now you fu*king ba*tard!" He growled angrily pinning the man to the floor with no way for him to escape.

Ricki quickly reacted by shoving Cane off Hawk, he landed on the ground next to him, "Don't touch my dad!"

She helped her father up on his feet, he was going to kick Cane but Ricki also shoved him away, "Go lay down, dad. I'll bring you some thing to help with the headache."

He listened and left, leaving Ricki and Cane alone.

Cane let out a small,"tsh" angrily and sat criss-cross.

Ricki didn't feel bad at all, she never let's anyone hurt her family.

"What's your problem?" She said furious.
