Kiara glanced at him but looked ahead. It was nice to sit after walking for so long. And this strange boy... Why was he helping her? She doubted it was just kindness

Damien hadn't found intrest in her yet, but again, he was bored so why not help a fellow survivor?

Kiara stared out the window as they started to drive. Eventually she pulled down her mask to fully reveal her face, but her head was turned so he couldn't see it. Today was very strange indeed, she thought. Help in this wasteland?

He drove at a normal pace, just trying to prolong their time. "So whats your name?" He asked

Kiara glanced over at him for a second. "Kiara. What's yours?" She asked in turn. From what had had seen, her face was actually quite lovely

He smiled "Damien, where ya from Kiara?"

"I'm from Kentucky, though I spent a lot of time in China. Five years." She admitted

"Why were you there?" He asked growing curious.

[deepwallow]

"Learning From my sensei." She said with a shrug. "Going to school too.".

"I went to school in Japan for a while, learned a few more languages and did some martial arts, how'd you like it in Japan?" He asked with a smile.

Kiara smiled slightly but kept her face to the window. "Yeah. I loved it there. My sensei made me come back though."

"Whyd he'd do that?" He asked.

[deepwallow]

"He wanted me to find my family." She replied, but said nothing more

"Hmm, odd reasons, i came back because i wanted to kill them if they were zombies, and i did, so now i have nothing to do but kill other zombies" he said

Kiara turned him fully this time and raised an eyebrow, but smiled slightly and looked out the window while chuckling. "That's what I'm going to do. Help them out a bit or end their misery."

He chuckled "i hated my parents, they were a*sholes so i was going to end them either way but hey while they were a threat as zombies it gave me yet another reason."0

Kiara raised an eyebrow but chuckles. "Very blunt huh?" She mused

"Yep" he said with a shrug, driving into a town "is this your town? Whats their address?"

Kiara shook her head. "It's the next town, but I can walk the rest." She said with a shrug.

He shook his head and drove off "its fine i can drive you"
