The campus had emptied out at night. A young man lay on the huge soccor field behind the main buildings, staring at the sky as he whistled the theme of 'A Space Odyssey', his glasses flashing and hiding his eyes. He was wearing a Black shirt with a roaring panther on it and wore black jeans and converse. His blonde dark brown hair stirring faintly in the wind... No sound... No disturbance.. Beautiful... Just he and the stars above

Adara was kicked out of her dorm by her friend. "You need to get out," she lecture, "if you study anymore your head will exploded."

Adara couldn't help but laugh. She was right. Her head was aching and so was her wolf.

She needed to stretch her legs so she threw on a sports bra and running shorts and shoes then went for a jog.

Adara came across the sccore field. She spotted a ball by the goal and ran over to it. Adara played a lot back in Hawaii, it was the "football" of many high schools.

Adara kicked the ball up and balanced it on her head, then she slid it down her body to the top of her foot. With a flick of her ankle, the ball shot up and she kicked it.

The ball hurled across the field and into the other goal.

The young man glances up, sighing sadly... So close to being alone.. Before sitting up and humming.. There was nothing particularly special about him..

Adara was about half way to the other side of the field to fetch the soccer ball when she spotted a man sitting not to far away from her.

"Uh--hey, are you okay?" Adara called out nervously. She was curious on why a guy was sitting alone in the middle of a field at night.

He glances up and forces a smile," U-uh... Yeah..." 'Actually, you just kimda ruined the peace but whatever!' He wanted to snap but pushes down that stupid remark... Wouldnt do any good amy way

Adara raised her eyebrow before started to walk away awkwardly. She knew when she wasn't wanted. Her father gave her a lot of practice at that skill.

" Wait." He calls suddenly, rubbing his eyes beneath his glasses,".. Please wait a second..."

Adara stopped and slowly turned around, surprised by his sudden change of demeanor, "Uh--what?"

" Sorry... If I scared you..." He laughs bitterly," Sorry... Never been one very good at Conversation either... I'm Estel... By the way.." He smiles at her anxiously...

She eyed him untrusting, "Adara..."

He blinks awkwardly and rubs the back of his head,"... Don't worry... It's not like i could really hurt you... I'm the only human on campus... Don't worry about that..."

"Why are you here then?" Adara asked skeptical, then facepalmed, "not trying to sound rude, but isn't there a human school around here?"

" There is," he agrees with a small chuckle," But i got transfered here... Because of some incidents..."

Her eyebrows raised in interest, "Elaborate."

" Whole classrooms being massacred with me being the only survivor at what seems like a bomb, windows in whole buildings shatter, floors and ceilings suddenly collapsing, etc, etc," he counts off each of the events on his fingers several different times and shrugs faintly,"... That.."

Adara looked at him dumbly, "Have you ever heard of a wizard?"

" Yes... But i'm not one apparently," He chuckles bitterly

Adara looked up at the sky, "You're an alien." She said completely serious, trying not to laugh.

" That'd make sense," he agrees and laughs, pushing his hair back," something like that..."

"You could be a Kyptonian like Superman. Are you stronger than 10 men? Bulletproof? Do you have Lazier-beams in those eyes?" Adara exclaimed, laughing softly.
