Salem crossed his arms and looked back toward Mark timidly. He hadn't been able to forget the damned guy all year, but he'd tried to.

Mark surely was hot, and in only those underwear it wasnt only his a** that looked great.

He gritted his teeth and silently cursed Gon for this. Of course he enjoyed it- he was still attracted to Mark and did want to sleep with him, he'd just chosen not to.

Once they had called it over some girl scrambled up to him with a shot glass of vodka, three in fact.

"This is cruel punishment," He leaned over and muttered to his friend, still glaring at Mark as if he couldn't decide if he wanted to hit or f*ck him.

Mark spotted the two and his dull eyes seemed to brighten at the sight of Salem.

"I suggest you go to him before he comes to you" gon whispered.

"A*shole," Salem muttered, pushing past Gon roughly and strutting over to where Mark stood. Trust Gon to try and force them together once again, despite Salem's protests. Again, here everyone was trying to help him. He sneered and grabbed one of the shots, downing it swiftly, "Don't look so excited. I was tricked into coming here."

Mark smiled "thats my shot, my way of coping without you" he said hugging him roughly.

Salem grunted and took a deep breath, telling himself to hold it together, "You are an idiot."

He took the rest of the shots down easily "yes, ive heard that quite often from Gon" he said.

"So why don't you listen and snap out of it?" Salem snapped, crossing his arms. He looked very pissed, his blue eyes burning.

"Because i made you a promise that i intend to keep." He said with a smile.

Salem glared at him, "Stop smiling. You're too happy."

He continued to smile "im just happy your finally back"

"Yeah, well," Salem looked away, his glossed lips drawing into a pout, "Don't expect me to come running to you now that I am. That isn't me and I still stand by what I said."

He smiled "i dont need you to, i just need you to be in moscow".

"Tch, why? S'not like it benefits you any," He scoffed.

"Oh of course it does, ill get to see you every day" he said with a smile.
