" No you dont understand! He's f***in' BACK!!" He growls and bangs his head against the door frame, staring at the wall blankly,"... We wont win..."

"Not with those thoughts we won't," Jenna snorted, glancing around one of the boxes. She leaned back against the box and glanced at him. "Listen, if we stay here, we're ducks sitting around for slaughter. If this ends badly, we should at least go out with a bang."

[CrimsonMoon]

" Hmph.." He frowns and mumbles," There was a Shiki Before him... You know they covered up that war so well.. Thts why you dont know.. I only know cuz dad.." He frowns

"As much as I'm glad your sharing something personal with me, I don't think we should be having story time right now," Jenna replied dryly, quirking an eyebrow up.

Robin frowns but grunts," If we die, you'll be left hanging and never be able to rest in peace until you know it," He mamages to cracks a small smile

"It's a good thing I like this area," she replied, smirking. Though she grew serious and asked, "Do you have a plan?"

" Honey, i'm no erudite," he chuckles and hugs heavy

She let out a sigh and and wiped her sweaty palms on her pants. "Shall we run into the battle, knowing full well this is a failed sneak attack?" Jenna asked.

" I'm following you, sweetheart," Robin chuckles, seeming to regain his composure

"Well, this won't end well," Jenna mused, slipping out her pocketknife. She played with it for a moment, before she took a deep breath and thought aloud, "We shouldn't split up, that's for certain; if he injures one of us, the other is screwed. If we go together, we'll be an easier target for them." She ruffled her hair, an irritated frown on her face.

Jenna finally got to her feet, though stayed crouched down. She peered around the boxes and nodded to Robin, determination in her eyes. "You ready? We should start by figuring out where he is," she whispered to him.

" How do you plan doing that?" He muses softly, hoisting up heavy

"By running in this maze like morons, hoping that luck is on our side," Jenna replied, looking completely serious. "If it is, then we'll have an easier time. If not..." She paused and grimaced, leaving the sentence hanging in the air.

Robin frowns and stands slowly," Then we both die." He finishes simply

She nodded, frowning a little. "Let's just hope that it is on our side," Jenna murmured, before slowly walking around the edge of the box. As she saw that it was clear, she flicked her hand signalling him to follow her, before slowly walking out from behind the box. Her muscles were tense and her fingers were wrapped around the knife so firmly, that her knuckles were white.

The first step she took from behind the box, somethig above them screeched and a huge block of concrete slams into the ground inches from her, parts of it spraying her with debris, a stone cutting above Robin's eye

Jenna sucked in a yelp and slid away from the cement block, coughing a little as parts of the debris got stuck in her throat. "Robin, you OK?" She whispered, glancing around to find the place where Shiki could have been able to push the cement block onto them.

" This is nuts, a trap every step?" He growls," God DAMN this'll take FOREVER!!" But coughs and glances up at the ceiling

"Good, so you're OK," Jenna commented, smirking a little. She craned her neck around, trying in vain to find the switches or strings that set off the traps. "Do you think the traps'll lead us to him? I mean, traps are a way of stopping somebody from getting to you; I doubt that he would stop placing traps once, or if, we got closer to him. The bigger the traps, the closer we are to being near him."

" why freaks me out the most is you might be right, and you might be wrong. Erudites are tricky little shits," Robin growls and mumbles," We'll just go with your plan for now.."
