Dunkel observed her curious before chuckling and shaking his head. "You're a real conundrum, Miku. I can't figure you out."

She smiled then looked into his eyes "im sorry i guess im still a little flippy" she giggled.

Dunkel stared back with mirth in his eyes before turning. "Well, I can offer you some dinner, but its not much. Does stir-fry sound alright?" He asked, heading out of the room

She smiled "that sounds great"

"Alright then. Stir-fry it is." He says, leading her off to an area of the warehouse where there was a small table and a mini kitchen set up. He began right away with cooking. "So, Miku, a question if I may. You said you are an only child, correct?

She nodded "as far as i know, yes" she said

[deepwallow]

"As far as you know? That's an odd word choice." He commented, glancing back at her.

Miku smiled "oh well i havent seen them since so if they had another child or not i dont know" she said.

"Ah. Have you ever wondered then?" He asked another question while he cooked

She though a moment before nodding.

"I would suggest asking your parents but... I'm guessing that's a bad idea." He chuckled

She nodded "yeah"

Dunkel was silent for a bit as he cooked before speaking. "Well, that earns you another question." He said with a chuckle

She chuckled "are you? And only child."

[deepwallow]

He glanced at her with a raised eyebrow. "You couldn't resist, could you?" He chuckled before looking back. "Yes, I am an only child."

"Nope couldnt, and thats nice" she said with a smile.

"I suppose so. No annoying siblings to deal with, though I would've been curious to see how they turned out." Dunkel mused. "Would they've been like me? Or completely different? I honestly cannot say."

She nodded "that would make me curious as well"

[deepwallow]

"Does it now?" Dunkel asked, glancing back as he finished up the food. "Most would find the subject irrelevant since these supposed siblings do not exist. 'What matters is whats before me, not what could've been' or something like that."

She shrugged "yeah i guess" she said
