The cat touches her nose to his chest,"... Do you know why you feel such pain?" She mews softly, the smell of wet stone and cold rain touching his nostrils

Shen feels something coil up inside his chest at her touch and the pain flare up even worse, making his eye twitch very slightly in pain, but he shakes his head

" You are cursed by the same beig that cursed the young Queen..." She rumbles softly,"... The being you seek will take on the form of the ones you love, it will manipulate you, but when you know you have met it... Call it by it's true name... Naga.."

Casshern the lion watches in silence," The boar god...?"

The ocelot looks at her son," Hiricuine's son, Has strayed from the path of the wild and now attempts to manipulate humans to act more like animals. That why he stole the Queen's soul and devoured it."

Shen frowned at this. "I'm cursed? Is that why my eyes are red?" He asked in his quiet voice. But he had been born with these eyes, and he'd just met the Queen. So.... What WAS he?

" No..." The ocelot whispers, looking over her shoulder as she gazes at him," You were blessed with red eyes... You were cursed with something else..." Before disappearing ito the hazy forest 'some much worse' the trees whispered

Shen frowned at this, taking it all in. After a good bit of silence, he looked at Casshern. "Should we head back?" He asked

Casshern was once again a human, her frowns and taps his lips," look around, we ARE back... Want to kill a god, kid?"

Shen thought about it. Kill a god, huh? Well, they'd never done anything for him. "Sure." He replied, but a sharp burn in his chest made him cringe slightly and mutter. Ok, this was getting on his nerves

Casshern calls," DAD!! DAD IT'S NAGA!!" He roars up to the tree house

Fae lay near the helm, her wounds having been wrapped up though she still seemed incredibly weak

"WHAT?!" Vires called back, going to the edge of the balcony with a deep frown. "You're absolutely certain?"

Cassharn nods and rumbles," He's getting ready for war," he looks at the house as if he could see Fae through the wood,".. Dad... We have to destroy him."

Fae twitched when she hears this, it felt like a hand was reaching into her chest and squeezing her heart

Vires nodded grimly and glanced at Shen. "You gonna help?"

Shen nodded and felt the flare again. So he did something random; he hit himself in the chest. Hard. It hurt but the flare died down a little. "This is going to get annoying..." He grumbled. Then he glanced at Casshern. "And what did your mother mean about my eyes being a blessing?"

Casshern looks at him and frowns, mumbling," You have demon eyes... They protect you," he frowns and looks toward the east," You have a demon in you boy... You may even be a demon yourself... But thats what we need," he grabs his bow and murmurs," We have to go in the Forest Spirit's realm to find Naga,"

Fae, inside the house began pushing herself up, trembling

Shen blinked at that and fell silent. Vires, on the other hand, nodded to Cashern but then turned at hearing Fae. "Your Highness, please lay back down. You need rest." He insisted, walking over

Fae shivers and closes her eyes, whispering,"... Fire... There's a fire..." She clutches her stomach and whispers," There's a fre..."

Casshern looks at her and frowns,"... 'Fire'...?" He closes his eyes and mumbles," We have to destroy him quicky

She. Walks over to er and looks down at her with a slight frown. Fire? So she's feeling the burning sensation too? Then he really must be cursed. "Well have to move now. Call for Nikita. Though we'll need to do something about the Queen. We can't just leave her here alone." Vires said, thinking.

Shen blinks at her but turns when Nikita hops out of nowhere. "Alright, I've decided. Shen, you'll stay here with Fae. Since both of you are cursed, you might not be able to fight Naga and he might be able to use you. Casshern, Nikita, and I are going to hunt him down. Everyone got that?" Vires said. Nikita nodded crisply, her expression blank for once
