She glances at the police cruiser, stifling another bout of coughing before looking away and nodding," Is that your burger place?" She asks, trying to gwt away from the subject... When she drops her sleeve, small spots of dried blood covered it

The police cruiser eventualy speeds up again

Eren nodded, "Oh, yeah, it is," he approached the door and opened it for her.

She smiles and shrugs faintly," Atleast you know your way aroud, huh?"

Eren nodded, "Yes, of course. I walk pretty much everywhere, so I know the area."

"..." She frowns, making a little 'Hk' sound as se forces down a cough," Do you consider yourself dull?"

Eren let out a quiet chuckled and tilted his head, "Why? Do you consider me dull?"

" Somewhat, yeah~" she flashes him a cheeky smile,"... You haven't notice the cruisers? The cops? The way i could beat the shit out of that boy and wasn't arrested?" She chortles softly," But you're that kind dull.. So it don't matter,"

"Who says I haven't noticed?" He arched an eyebrow at her and fiddled with the nose ring he had, "I did, I just choose not to acknowledge them. What would be the point? If I pointed out the cruisers, that wouldn't make them go away. I'm not doing anything, so I don't need to worry. As for your capabilities, I saw. But so what? I'm simply talking to you and so I'm not worried."

She stares at him, a smile slowly growing on her lips, suddenly she pounces and hugs him tightly," I... LOVE... YOU!" She trills, laughing and swinging him fro side to side with amazing strength for such a little lady," Lets go get some burgers, kk?"

Eren looked shocked by the sudden change in attitude and maybe even embarrassed by the hug, so he simply nodded and cleared his throat, "Yeah, sure, let's go."

She laughs, coughs than takes his hand, gently pulling him into the burger joint

Eren glanced down at their hands momentarily. Hers was so small compared to his, yet he knew how strong she was. He let himself smile slightly and then looked up at the menu.

Maud leans against him playfully while reading over te menu, her nose wrinkling a bit and pulling her sleeve up over her hand as she sheilds her coughing
