She grins and pats his head," Good... But... I think they want something else, the won't answer me and they havent unlocked the door..."

Chance sighed, "They never tell me what they want, just send me in here. I always have to figure it out for myself."

She scoots over and pats the table next to her," I guess we'll be here awhile huh?"

Chance took a seat and smiled, "I don't mind! It beats being stuck in the observatory."

" Observatory?" She exhoes and tilts her head," Whats that?"

"It's a really big room," Chance explained, holding his arms out to emphasize the size, "They put me in there for hours at a time and watch what I do. There are all kinds of things to explore and some of them are dangerous."

She frowns and pats his head," Oh... Sorry,"

"Nah, there's no need for you to apologize," The experiment shook out his dark hair, "They say it's all a part of the testing, to see what I can do. It's scary, but I'm fine."

" What did they give you then?" She asks with a questioning look," You're obviously human... But not deformed so... What'd they do?"

"How did they make me, you mean?" Chance trailed off, looking puzzled, "They won't explain that to me."

She tilts her head and looks sad," You too huh..?" Rosemary pauses and suddenly hugs him,"... We're not natural... I guess..."

"They tell me that I shouldn't worry about that," Chance gently returned the hug, "But how can I not? It's sad to know that we aren't seen the same as everyone else."

She falls silent and murmurs,"... Have you ever thought of killing the whitecoats?" She asks quietly

He looked at her quickly, eyes wide, "Killing?" he whispered, "No, never.."

She falls silent and hunches over, staring at the window,"... I will if they give me the chance..."

"But if we did that, we would have no one left," Chance frowned, looking anxious.

" There are other experiments... I talked to one they call the Reaper... But he's crazy..." She whispers

"Where would we go? How would we survive?" He sounded like he was going to panic, "I've never even stepped outside the facility."

" We'd use their things to communicate for help!" She urges softly, the door beeping as someone slid a key card across the door
