"Just a little one," he asks in a small child-like voice, his body leaning to the side as he begins to drift off.

Albus wakes back up, his hands covering his eyes from the final bright rays of sunlight that were fading away into darkness. "Mart-i-n," he groans.

" Neeeh~?" An exhausted rumbles answers vaguely from a ways away

"Get your a** up," he sits up and props himself on his hands, "We need to get moving. Margo will catch up,"

Martin growls and gets to his feet after a few tries, grumbling about his back

"Old man," Albus laughs softly, seeming better than when they were dumped in the middle if the forest last night.

" That feckin demon," Martin growls," He dropped us off in the middle of nowhere. Nothin' but trees 'n' flies!!" He swats at a mosquito dangling lazily in the air and growls

"We're closer to where we need to go," he points out, "and that... spell might be as taxing on him as the journey was to us."

Martin frowns and scratches his beard," 'e shoulda come.." He sighs but still looks thoroughly pissed off

"He'll be here soon." Albus decides, beginning to walk in the direction the voice had directed him in last night, "Or else."

Martin grunts in reply, lumbering after him though the effects of the spell obviously still clung to him from the numbness Martin seemed to walk with

The prince looks back, worry flitting through his gaze for a long moment before he looks back ahead, "We'll take a break if we reach a river or better environment,"

" Yessir," Martin mumbles, looking like a sad bear..

Albus softly sighs, his shoulders remaining up. He couldn't let the absence of Margo get him down.
