"No," he tilts his head back laughing, "Even I was quite surprised! Now, sit, sit, we must talk, and conversation I find is most relaxing while in a chair. And drinking tea--they have such a tasteful variety here!"

" You do not miss the blood wine of home?" She giggles and takes his hand

"Only when I have to deal with fools like the General or The Lord of this place!" He answers, leading her over to a table by a large window, scrolls pushed to the side.

She grins and settles down next to him," Have you met any of the other Royals, Brother?" She asks

[Light]

"Yes yes," he starts pouring a cup for her, "Quite the interesting pair. A dragon-like fool and a flower. And then there's the paper pushers-but there are too many of those to speak of. Have you?"

She smiles and murmurs," I mean the Westerner Royals.."

[Light]

"Eh? Them? No, Ive only known one. Too much trouble, too much strife." He waves his hand over the cup and slides it over to her, "I prefer a place of books,"

She takes it bobs her head, looking faintly said," I'm sorry... I've tried reaching out to the people..."

"He's too cunning, yes?" The green haired man muses, lifting his own cup up to his lips.

"... Perhaps," she murmurs and sniffs

[Light]

"Don't take it to heart, sister. There will be a day of reckoning, and then there will be an age of gold." He nods his head, sure of his words--or prophecy.

" You know of the Fate than," she sighs and sips the tea, contemplating its qualities

"I've only seen what the stars have deemed my eyes worthy to see," he humbly answers, his spectacles sliding back down his nose.

She smiles and muurs," If the stars deemed you worthy, you have seen all.."

His wiggles his nose, his eyes blinking rapidly as his lips stretch into a wide, secretive smile, "yes, maybe. Quite possibly--but you know of what is to be done as well, do you not?"

"... Yes, i do," she sighs and frowns, closing her eyes,"

"Then there is nothing that I can tell you, to aid you on your path, sister. Whatever I may say might destroy any chance of success you have." He sets his cup down.

" I think i found the savior... I'm not sure.. I havent been able to speak with him..."

He rolls out a scroll from the stack carefully, making an interested sound, "Ahhhh, the savior. Are you sure you should be here with an old fool then?"
