"Wow, I'm hungry, are you hungry?" River stood up quickly.

" I'm hungry!" She responds enthusiastically, immediately grinning like a child and flailing happily

"I'll, uh, make us something," He headed toward the kitchen, "What would you like?"

" Food! Duh!"

"Uh, well, I meant what kind of food?" He chuckled.

She strwtches on the carpet like a cat and chirps," I dunno... I unno!"

"Okay..I'll just pick something myself," River murmured, ducking into the kitchen.

There was a happy squawk fro the oter room in answer,

River opened the fridge and looked inside, but he had no idea what kinds of things Forest liked.

" Someones' outside Nice Guy!!" She calls

River glanced toward the living room, "What? Outside the house?"

" Yeah! He looks like a policeman, he's kida fat too.." She giggles

River frowned and cleared his throat, heading to the front door, "Jusy wait in there, Forest.." He murmured, opening the front door.

Henry stood there," So it's true?" He rumbles, staring at him with a hard expression," Is that the kid peeking out the window like a dog?"

River stepped out onto the porch, keeping the door cracked behind him, "Henry...What are you doing here? And yeah..that's Forest.."

" The boys and I have been talking,,, she's too dangerous.. Can we talk in private?" Henry glances at Forest who was blinking at them with owlish eyes

River waved his hand at her, trying to get her to get away from the window, "Well, I can't really leave her alone."

Forest squeaks and disappears
