Outside in the darkness... There was a sof hissing sound... The tires of the cruiser had been slashed

"What the.." River placed his things on the hood of the car and cursed, "God damn it!" He picked up his radio and called in to Morgan, "This is Officer Jerricks. My tires have been slashed, my arrival will be delayed."

" Slashed Tires..? You're paying for that, don't EVER let anyone touch my baby again!" Morgan growls, the connection crackling with static," Call that into dispatch, then take what car's avaliable to you... Don't take too long, this place got too kany bad memories.."

"Ten-four," he sighed, then radioed dispatch, "This is Officer Jerricks, I need a vehicle as fast as possible."

" Right, The closest officer is... Henry, he'll be at your location in twenty minutes, Where are you going this late, Jerriks? Your shift is over.."
